Multi-temporal information object incremental learning software system
An incremental author disambiguation framework may create new clusters to accommodate new data based on the existing cluster results and newly added data. The proposed system may provide frequent update of taxonomic classification, name disambiguation and many other applications because it takes less time to generate new results. In addition, the proposed methods may reduce the time needed for updating the model and help improve the performance with the limited computational resource.
Systems and methods for performing Correlated Multiphasic Analysis
A bioinformatic system that identifies the common ancestral origins of otherwise uncorrelated autosomal DNA (atDNA) matches is disclosed. The invention consists of three main components: The first is Correlated Multiphasic Analysis (CMA) a process of logically associating subsets of In Common With (ICW) atDNA matches in order to arrive at a solution set for queries investigating ancestral family lines. The second is a set of automated scripts, formulae, and data structures to facilitate desktop correlation and tabulation utilizing CMA in conjunction with a desktop spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel. The third is a system of data tables and methods to facilitate CMA within a database management system (DBMS) at the enterprise level.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ADVERSARY RESILIENT SCREENING OF SYNTHETIC GENE ORDERS
A system and methods for adversary resilient screening of synthetic gene orders, include: applying a first alignment algorithm to generate multiple local alignments of a query sequence with a target sequence, wherein each local alignment aligns a substring of the query sequence to a substring of the target sequence to maximize an alignment score; determining unaligned sections of the query sequence to be alignment gaps; and removing k largest alignment gaps of the query sequence to generate a clean query sequence.

Methods and Systems for Stream-Processing of Biomedical Data
A method for stream-processing biomedical data includes registering, by a file system, with an operating system kernel of the computing device, as a file handler for files requested from a file system mount directory. The file system receives a first request for access to at least a first portion of a file stored on a remotely located storage device and receives a second request for access to at least a second portion of the file. The file system forwards the first request and the second request to a pre-fetching component, which determines whether the first request and the second request are associated with a sequential read operation. The pre-fetching component automatically retrieves a third portion of the requested file, before receiving a third request for the file, based on a determination that the first request and the second request are associated with the sequential read operation.

INHERITED MACHINE LEARNING MODEL
Methods, systems, and apparatuses, among other things, may provide for an interactive dynamic mapping engine (iDME) for business intelligence, which may interactively obtain information for users from sources and schema unknown to the users. As a further evolution of the disclosed subject matter, there may be an identification of core characteristics of an iDME ML model and these characteristics may be made inheritable as a standalone entity by itself, also referred herein as an inherited machine learning model.
DNA MATRIX PROCESSING METHOD BASED ON COMBINED RESTRICTION DIGESTION MECHANISM
The present disclosure discloses a DNA matrix processing method based on a combined restriction digestion mechanism, including the following steps: constructing a single auxiliary strand-mediated combined restriction digestion mechanism; introducing an auxiliary strand based on the single auxiliary strand-mediated combined restriction digestion mechanism, to obtain a dual auxiliary strands-mediated combined restriction digestion mechanism; and constructing DNA matrix processing and a weighted sum of Boolean matrix multiplication with the dual auxiliary strands-mediated combined restriction digestion mechanism; in which the two auxiliary strands are directly used as elements involved in the matrix processing, and the 2N auxiliary strands are combined into N.sup.2 four-pronged restriction digestion structures in the presence of E6 type DNAzymes to cleave N.sup.2 substrate strands. Meanwhile, due to high-efficiency catalysis and specific recognition, the E6 type DNAzymes make the matrix processing rapid and accurate.
