PRESCRIPTIVE NUTRITION-BASED IV AND IM INFUSION TREATMENT FORMULA CREATION SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A method of creating a genetically personalized intravenous or intramuscular nutrition therapy treatment formula includes developing an initial mapping of individual micronutrients to SNPs, symptoms, conditions, and therapeutic objectives based on existing individual scientific literature references that link the specific micronutrient to an SNP, a symptom, a condition, or a therapeutic objective. The method includes receiving an SNP and a symptom, a condition, or a therapeutic objective for a patient, comparing the SNP, symptom, condition, therapeutic objective combination with the initial mapping to identify matching micronutrients, creating a custom treatment formula with the identified micronutrients, and treating the patient with the formula. Feedback data about the formula's effectiveness is received and the initial mapping is updated to account for the feedback data. This process is repeated for subsequent patients positioned geographically remotely from each other so that future patients are treated with reference to an updated current mapping.
AUTOMATED TRACKING SYSTEM
An automated tracking and analysis system is described. In some instances, the system may collect data describing an attribute of a participant, predict interventions related to the attribute of the participant, and generate personalized tracks relating to the interventions, each of which may include an action. In some instances, the system may assess a performance metric indicating a level of performance of the participant in the personalized tracks, compute a participant score for the personalized tracks using the performance metric; and issue a reward to the participant based on one or more of the participant score and the performance metric.
System, apparatus and method for automated medication adherence improvement
Computer and mobile device-based systems and computer-implemented methods are described for automated medication adherence improvement for patients in medication-assisted treatments. The computer and mobile device-based systems includes modules and components to help patients in identifying prescribed medications, logging medication events, and to provide patients with personalized and targeted adherence enhancing interventions consisting of short questions, tips, advices, suggestions, strategies etc. by applying data mining and statistical analysis techniques on the individual and population-level data collected primarily from the same system.

GENERATING PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT FROM HUMAN AND VIRTUAL HUMAN PATIENT CONVERSATION DYADS DURING STANDARDIZED PATIENT ENCOUNTER
An artificial intelligence machine may quickly generate a comprehensive virtual patient interview database based on limited input from a case author. The comprehensive virtual patient interview database may include a list of topics and a set of items. Each item may be related in the database to one of the topics and may include one or more questions and one or more patient responses to each question. The artificial intelligence machine may include a data storage system that stores a universal medical taxonomy database that includes a list of topics and a set of items, each item being related in the database to one of the topics and including one or more questions and one or more default responses to each question; a user interface for receiving the limited input from the case author, the limited input including descriptive attributes of a real or fictitious patient; and a data processing system that includes one or more processors and that generates the comprehensive virtual patient interview database by modifying one or more of the default responses in the universal medical taxonomy database based on the descriptive attributes.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ADJUSTING EVENT TIMESTAMP RELATING TO CLINICAL TRIAL
A computer implemented method includes receiving an event log corresponding to event entries of an electronic diary of a participant of a clinical trial, wherein the event log is generated in a client device, and the event log includes an event identifier and an event timestamp for at least two event entries; determining a block of event entries within the event log, the block including a first event entry and a second event entry at least one of whose event timestamps are verified being correct in view of corresponding service timestamps of a server apparatus, wherein the first and the second event entry are arranged chronologically; and adjusting the event timestamp of the second event entry based on the first timestamp.
ELECTRONIC DATA DOCUMENT FOR USE IN CLINICAL TRIAL VERIFICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
The present invention provides an electronic data document (EDD) and related system and method for use in a computerized clinical trial verification system. In an exemplary embodiment, the EDD is authenticated by the creator and validated by the receiver, and comprises an image of a source document (SD) that comprises a masked record of at least one interaction between a clinical trial investigator and a patient enrolled in a clinical trial, at least one revealed portion of the SD that includes evidence relevant to at least one question in a clinical trial questionnaire, and at least one annotation connecting the revealed portion to the at least one question. The present invention provides a computerized system and method for allowing a clinical trial investigator to answer questions from a clinical trial questionnaire pertinent to a clinical trial of a medical treatment using encrypted and partially masked electronic documents comprising images of original patient records. The process of creating and viewing the partially masked electronic documents preferably does not create local copies that can be recalled later.
INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD AND RECORDING MEDIUM
An information processing method in an interactive apparatus that questions a user's symptom through interaction with a user includes: outputting first question information of a first type concerning the user's symptom to a display or a speaker connected to the interactive apparatus, receiving first answer information indicating an answer to the question in the first question information from a keyboard, a touch panel, or a microphone connected to the interactive apparatus, outputting second question information of the first type concerning the user's symptom to the display or the speaker when it is determined that the answer in the first answer information does not include a word in a negative expression, and outputting third question information of a second type concerning the user's symptom to the display or the speaker when it is determined that the answer in the first answer information includes the word in the negative expression.
MOBILE SELF-MANAGEMENT COMPLIANCE AND NOTIFICATION METHOD, SYSTEM AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT
A remote interactive method, system and computer program product is provided for self-managing a person's regular lifestyle needs through controlled notification and feedback. The invention provides a simple, cost effective and flexible self-management and compliance scheme that does not require third party intervention or treatment options typical with immediate-response or alert-based systems. The invention also provides for long term management and analysis for the benefit of the individual. In implementing the invention in a healthcare environment, the individual will gain a better understanding of managing their lifestyle and behaviour. A related business model is also disclosed.
Facilitating and Tracking Clinician-Assignment Status
Subject matter described herein is related to assigning a healthcare clinician to provide care to a patient. For example, a GUI is provided that includes contextual information relevant to the assignment and that allows a user to electronically create the assignment. Relevant information includes a list of clinicians, a list of patients, and an estimate of the amount of resources required to provide care to a patient. In addition, this disclosure describes tracking the status of a healthcare clinician, such as primary provider, secondary provider, and on-break. Status might be tracked by capturing an image of a display board, which supports clinician barcodes that are movable to desired locations within a depiction of a healthcare facility (e.g., floor plan laid out using barcodes).
