Methods and systems for providing personalised medicine to a patient
The present disclosure relates to methods and systems suitable for use in identifying and providing personalised medicine to a patient. In some aspects, systems and method generate a co-therapy regimen for a patient suffering from a disease or condition. An identification of a co-therapy suitable to treat the disease or condition is received. A desired patient endpoint and a patient position are received, wherein the patient position is defined relative to the desired patient endpoint. A dataset relating to the patient is stored. The dataset comprises one or more patient data based on patient-related measurements. The dataset, the patient position and the desired patient endpoint are processed to generate a regimen for the co-therapy. The regimen is stored in a database.
Systems and methods for determining a risk score using machine learning based at least in part upon collected sensor data
A system and method for analyzing risk and providing risk mitigation instructions. The system receives analyzes sensor data and other data corresponding to a user to determine a test group. The system uses the test group to determine a risk score, and, subsequently, a risk mitigation strategy. Machine learning techniques are implemented to refine how the test group, risk score, and mitigation are each selected.

A method for treatment of a headache disorder in a human subject, including selecting at least one treatment area in the nasal cavity of the human subject, said treatment area being selected from a posterior part of the nasal cavity or an anterior part of the nasal cavity, providing a device including a stimulation member arranged for vibration stimulation of the selected treatment area, and at least one expansion member provided with a channel having a plurality of openings arranged for fluid communication with the stimulation member, introducing the stimulation member into a nasal cavity of the human subject, expanding the stimulation member to a volume such that the stimulation member abuts against the tissue to exert a pressure on tissue of the selected treatment area and bringing the stimulation member to vibrate in the nasal cavity to impart vibrations to the selected treatment area, wherein the vibrations are imparted to a posterior part of the nasal cavity, to an anterior part of the nasal cavity, sequentially to a posterior and an anterior part of the nasal cavity; or simultaneously to a posterior and an anterior part of the nasal cavity.

A method for administering an exposure treatment of a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) uses a mobile app and a server application. A user state of a patient undergoing a first step of the CBT based on the patient's condition during the first step is detected by sensors of the patient's smartphone. A situational state of the patient's surroundings during the first step is detected by the smartphone sensors. The mobile app determines whether the patient has made progress performing the first step. A user prompt is generated based on the user state and situational state. A next step of the CBT is configured based on the user state and situational state. The characteristics of the user prompt are generated using machine learning based on past task completions by the patient and other users so as to increase the likelihood that the patient will complete the next step of the CBT.

The apparatus may also include a motion sensor unit configured to detect a motion of the subject to generate motion information, and a temperature information extracting unit configured to specify at least one examination region from the thermal image obtained by the image capturing unit and extract temperature information from the examination region. The apparatus may further include a respiratory status examining unit configured to determine a respiratory status of the subject based on the temperature information extracted by the temperature information extracting unit and the motion information generated by the motion sensor unit.

One or more embodiments described herein relate to predicting, using adaptive artificial intelligence techniques, typical and aberrant physiological reactions of a patient to psychiatric counseling. Treatment plans can be determined and calculated based on previously-gathered demographic and/or biometric data, and/or modifications to treatment plans can be determined and/or implemented based on emergent recognition of reaction types, such as reclassifying reactions that would previously have been deemed typical as aberrant (or vice versa).
