REMOTE MONITORING AND SUPPORT OF MEDICAL DEVICES
This disclosure is directed to systems and techniques for detecting change in patient health and if a change in patient health is detected, direct a medical device to generate for display output indicating the detection of the change in patient health. An example medical system or technique applies a model to values of configurable settings that are programmed into detection logic of a medical device; based on the application, determine whether modified values of the configurable settings, when implemented by the detection logic, would change a determination, by the medical device, regarding whether sensed physiological activity is indicative of cardiac episode for a patient; and in response to a determination that the modified values would change the determination regarding whether the sensed physiological activity is indicative of the cardiac episode for the patient, generate output data indicative of the modified values for the configurable settings for the medical device.
ASSESSING LESIONS FORMED IN AN ABLATION PROCEDURE
A method includes, receiving: (i) a selected three-dimensional (3D) section that has been ablated in a patient organ in accordance with a specified contour, and (ii) a dataset, which is indicative of a set of lesions formed during ablation of the selected 3D section. The selected 3D section is transformed into a two-dimensional (2D) map, and checking, on the 2D map, whether the set of lesions covers the specified contour.

SKINCARE AND FACIAL SCANNING SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING SKINCARE DEVICE CONNECTIVITY AND SETTING CONFIGURATIONS
Skincare and facial scanning systems and methods are disclosed herein for providing skincare device connectivity and setting configurations. A skincare device comprising a sensor is configure to scan, and to deposit a cosmetic ink composition onto, the skin of a user. A skincare application (app), communicatively coupled to the skincare device, generates a user-specific electronic analysis based on use of the skincare device on skin of a face portion of the user, wherein at least a portion of the user-specific electronic analysis is configured for display on a graphic user interface. In some aspects, the skincare device comprises an identification certificate configured to uniquely identify the skincare device to the skincare app upon a connection between the skincare device and the skincare app. The connection may be a persistent connection maintaining connectivity between the skincare device and the skincare app for a plurality of uses of the skincare device.
ASSESSMENT OF DISEASE TREATMENT
The present disclosure provides methods, systems, and non-transitory computer-readable media for assessment of disease treatment or progression on a lesion-by-lesion level. The systems and methods are based on measurements of a variety of features including total number of lesions, total number and proportion of lesions regressing or progressing, changes in dimensions of a lesion over time, and uptake values of a molecular imaging agent.
Method and system for assessing disease progression
A system and method for assessing disease progression receives digital health data about patients over a network from a plurality of diagnostic instruments, IoT devices, analytical software, systems, and electronic health records. Electronic Patient Reported Outcome (PRO) questionnaires are created by clinicians and periodically administered to patients on a remote computing device. The PROs and other digital health data are processed, analyzed, and scored in real time. Digital reports including the scores and other health metrics are instantaneously generated providing valuable hidden insights into disease progression and treatment efficacies in real-time. A clinical advisor generates an interactive dashboard comprising comprehensive information about patients and enables doctors to validate their clinical decisions and discover new treatment protocol idea. Reports useful for other industries may also be generated, such as for pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, medical researchers, and regulatory agencies.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR MULTI-OMIC INTERVENTIONS
A platform providing methods and systems for prevention and/or treatment of a health condition, where a method can include: simultaneously reducing severity symptoms of the health condition and comorbid conditions upon: receiving a set of samples from one or more subjects; receiving a biometric dataset from one or more subjects; receiving a lifestyle dataset from one or more subjects; returning a genomic single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) profile and a baseline microbiome state upon processing the set of samples, the biometric dataset, and the lifestyle dataset with a set of transformation operations; generating personalized intervention plans for the one or more subjects upon processing the genomic SNP profile and the baseline microbiome state with a multi-omic model; and executing the personalized intervention plans for the one or more subjects.
BIOLOGICAL MEASUREMENT DEVICE, PULSE WAVE SENSOR, SPHYGMOMANOMETER, AND MEETING SUPPORT SYSTEM
A biological-measurement device includes a light-emitting unit configured to emit light on a body of a test-subject, a light-detecting unit configured to detect light reflected in the body of the test-subject, a control-unit configured to calculate information regarding a pulse-wave of the body of the test-subject based on the light detected by the light-detecting unit, a circuit-board that is flexible and has a first-surface on which the light-emitting unit and the light-detecting unit are provided, the circuit-board further having wiring connecting the light-emitting unit and the control-unit together and connecting the light-detecting unit and the control-unit together, a shielding-unit that is provided on the first-surface, the shielding-unit being situated between the light-emitting unit and the light-detecting unit and configured to protrude beyond the light-emitting unit and the light-detecting unit in a direction perpendicular to the first-surface, and an adhesive-part for firmly contacting with the body of the test-subject.
MULTI-SENSORY, ASSISTIVE WEARABLE TECHNOLOGY, AND METHOD OF PROVIDING SENSORY RELIEF USING SAME
A system and method for providing sensory relief from distractibility, inattention, anxiety, fatigue, and/or sensory issues to a user in need. The user can be autistic/neurodiverse, or neurotypical. The system can be configured to connect to a datastore storing one or more sensory thresholds specific to a user of a wearable device of the system, the sensory thresholds selected from auditory, visual or physiological sensory thresholds; record, using one or more sensors of the wearable device, a sensory input stimulus to the user; compare the sensory input stimulus with the sensory thresholds to determine an intervention to be provided to the user, the intervention configured to provide the user relief from distractibility, inattention, anxiety, fatigue, or sensory issues; and provide the intervention to the user, the intervention comprising filtering, in real-time, an audio signal presented to the user or an optical signal presented to the user.
CARDIOGRAM COLLECTION AND SOURCE LOCATION IDENTIFICATION
Systems are provided for generating data representing electromagnetic states of a heart for medical, scientific, research, and/or engineering purposes. The systems generate the data based on source configurations such as dimensions of, and scar or fibrosis or pro-arrhythmic substrate location within, a heart and a computational model of the electromagnetic output of the heart. The systems may dynamically generate the source configurations to provide representative source configurations that may be found in a population. For each source configuration of the electromagnetic source, the systems run a simulation of the functioning of the heart to generate modeled electromagnetic output (e.g., an electromagnetic mesh for each simulation step with a voltage at each point of the electromagnetic mesh) for that source configuration. The systems may generate a cardiogram for each source configuration from the modeled electromagnetic output of that source configuration for use in predicting the source location of an arrhythmia.
