Systems and methods for crowdsourcing condition of guarantor

Systems and methods for crowdsourcing a condition of a guarantor are disclosed herein. An example system may include a set of crowdsourcing services to communicate a crowdsourcing request to a group of information suppliers, collect the response, and process the responses to provide a reward to at least one successful information supplier. The example system may also include an interface to the set of crowdsourcing services that enables configuration of parameters, where the crowdsourcing request and the parameters are configured to obtain information related to a condition of a guarantor for the loan. An example system may include a set of publishing services that publish the crowdsourcing request.

Systems and methods for leveraging internet of things data to validate an entity

Systems and methods for leveraging Internet of Things data to validate an entity are disclosed herein. An example system may include a set of Internet of Things data collection and monitoring services by which data is collected by a set of algorithms that are configured to monitor Internet of Things information collected from and about entities involved in a loan. The example system may also include an interface to the set of Internet of Things data collection and monitoring services that enables configuration of parameters of the Internet of Things network data collection and monitoring services to obtain information related to at least one of the conditions of guarantee of the loan in which the entities are involved.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR HOMEOWNER-DIRECTED RISK OF PROPERTY DAMAGE MITIGATION

Methods and systems for homeowner-directed risk mitigation for damage to a property associated with insurance-related events are provided. A smart home controller may analyze data received from a plurality of smart devices disposed on, or proximate to, a property as well as data received from an insurance provider. If it is determined that an actual or potential risk of property damage exists, the smart home controller may transmit an alert to a homeowner detailing the risk. The homeowner may respond to the alert by transmitting an instruction to mitigate or prevent damage associated with the risk back to the smart home controller. Subsequently, the smart home controller may transmit information about the actual or potential risks and any homeowner-directed mitigative actions to an insurance provider. The insurance provider may interpret the transmitted data and perform insurance activities, such as providing discounts and adjusting an insurance policy associated with the property.

Systems and methods for assigning damage caused by an insurance-related event

Methods and systems for assigning damage to a property to causes of loss are provided. A smart home controller and/or an insurance provider remote processor (or server) may generate a time sequence of events for damage associated with an insure-related event. The time-sequence of events may be analyzed to identify causes of loss associated with damage to the property. The smart home controller or insurance provider remote processor may further analyze the time-sequence of event to determine a portion of the overall damage associated with each cause of loss. Subsequently, according to certain aspects, the smart home controller or insurance provider remote processor may automatically generate a prepopulated insurance claim for damage associated with the insurance-related event, and/or transmit the automatically prepared insurance claim to an insured for their review, approval, and/or modification, such as via wireless communication to a mobile device associated with the insured.

Systems and methods for automatic classification of loan collection actions

Systems and methods for automatic classification of loan collection actions are disclosed. An example system may include: a data collection circuit to interpret interactions among entities related to at least one transaction of a first set of loans, wherein the at least one transaction involves a first collection action of a set of payments corresponding to the first set of loans; an artificial intelligence circuit to classify the first collection action, wherein the artificial intelligence circuit is trained on the interactions corresponding to the first set of loans; and a robotic process automation circuit that is trained on the interactions and a set of loan collection outcomes corresponding to the first set of loans to implement a second loan collection action on behalf of a party to a second loan.
