An interdental cleaning tool (1) includes: a base portion (10) made of a synthetic resin; and a soft portion (20) made of an elastomer, the base portion (10) having a handle base portion (11) and a core base portion (12), the soft portion (20) having at least a cleaning soft portion (21) that covers the core base portion (12), in which a handle portion (3) as a grip is constituted by the handle base portion (11), and a cleaning portion (2) for interdental cleaning is constituted by the core base portion (12) and the cleaning soft portion (21), wherein two or more cleaning portion recesses (14) which penetrate the cleaning soft portion (21) and form core base portion recesses having a maximum depth d of 0.01 mm or more and 0.085 mm or less in the core base portion (12) are formed in each of a first side portion and a second side portion of the cleaning portion (2) at intervals in an axial direction of the cleaning portion (2).
Toothbrush
A toothbrush includes a handle and a head mounted to the handle. In one aspect, the head may extend from a proximal end to a distal end along a longitudinal axis, the head having a base portion formed of a rigid plastic material and a flexible portion formed of an elastomeric material, a first longitudinal section of the flexible portion spaced apart from the base portion by a gap. The flexible portion of the head may have an upper surface and an opposing lower surface such that within the first longitudinal section of the flexible portion the upper surface and the lower surface are substantially planar and parallel to one another. Furthermore, tooth cleaning elements may be secured to the flexible portion of the head by in-molded technology to extend from the upper surface of the flexible portion.
Method of making composite head safety toothbrush
A composite safety toothbrush is disclosed, and in particular, methods for making and forming the composite. The toothbrush apparatus detailed herein employs a composite head made from a rigid inner polymer material and a softer thermoplastic material surrounding the inner material. The softer material provides safety for prison toothbrush applications as well as elderly and patient care where care givers may brush the teeth of a patient. Innovative pin connectors in the inner toothbrush head assist in the composite formation. The toothbrush solution herein further importantly provides for a toothbrush having a flexible handle, also providing safety in a prison environment.
HARD SURFACE CLEANING DEVICES FOR USE WITH CLEANING FABRICS
A cleaning device for use with a cleaning fabric is provided. The device includes a plate, a connection member, a plurality of fingers, a wiper assembly, and a grip. The plate has a first side and a second side. The connection member retains the cleaning fabric to the plate. The fingers depend from the first side and provide a gap between the first side and the cleaning fabric during use. The wiper assembly has at least one elongated wiper blade that divides the fingers into a front section and a rear section. The grip depends from the second side.
Oral Care Implement and Method of Forming an Oral Care Implement
An oral care implement having movable and fixed tooth cleaning elements. The oral care implement may include a handle and a head coupled to the handle. The head may include a base that is coupled to the handle and a resilient bridge coupled to the base. The resilient bridge may be flexible between a normal state in which a portion of the resilient bridge is spaced from the base by a gap and a flexed state in which a portion of the resilient bridge is moved toward the base. Tooth cleaning elements may be coupled to the resilient bridge. Furthermore, the resilient bridge may include one or more apertures through which tooth cleaning elements that are fixed to the base may extend.
HYGIENIC BRUSH
An apparatus includes a toothbrush head having a stem, an appliance brush, and a body configured to be releasably coupled with either one of the toothbrush head and the appliance brush. The body includes an extension and at least a portion of a side of the extension is configured to be covered by the stem when the toothbrush head is coupled with the body. The appliance brush is configured to couple to the extension when the toothbrush head is not coupled with the body.
BRUSH HEAD BODY, BRUSH HEAD, AND TOOTHBRUSH
A brush head body includes a brush neck portion extending in a first direction, a brush plate disposed on the brush neck portion and an elastic structure. The brush plate includes a middle mounting portion and two side mounting portions disposed on two sides of the middle mounting portion in a second direction. At least one of the side mounting portions and the middle mounting portion is connected to the brush neck portion. The middle mounting portion and the side mounting portions include fixing rings for mounting bristle bundles. In a third direction, a thickness of each of the fixing rings of the middle mounting portion is greater than a thickness of each of the fixing ring of the side mounting portions. The first direction, the second direction and the third direction are perpendicular to each other. The elastic structure wraps outer peripheral walls of the fixing rings.
Foldable applicator
A cosmetic applicator having a core that supports the application elements in the form of bristles and/or comb tines; the core has a central body that is itself equipped with a plurality of bristles and/or comb tines protruding out directly from it; the core is also composed of at least one arm that protrudes out from the central body and is itself equipped with a plurality of bristles and/or comb tines and is mobile relative to the central body.
FLEXIBLE HAIR BRUSH
There is herein provided a hair brush comprising a body portion formed from a material having a first flexibility; and a bristle mount formed from a material having a second, lesser, flexibility, coupled to the body portion, the bristle mount comprising a plurality of mount sections, each mount section having at least one bristle mounted thereon, wherein the mount sections are movable relative to one another in three dimensions such that the relative flexibility of the overall bristle mount is greater than the second flexibility, thereby enabling the bristle mount to substantially replicate bending or flexing of the body portion. Such a brush is highly flexible yet effective and may be easily adapted or shaped by a user to conform to the contours of, for example, a head or body.
BRUSH HEAD DEVICE OF A MULTIFUCTIONAL ORAL CARE TOOL
