The tool has a folded position and an unfolded position. It will generally include a head assembly and an articulated handle. The handle can also be used alone. The handle, or the tool with such handle, occupies only a very compact space once in a fully folded position. It may thus be easily carried and stored when not in use. It can be folded and unfolded with only a minimal manipulative effort and level of difficulty. A method of utilizing a handheld bottle washer that includes compressing two flexible opposing sidewalls of the bottle washer with an external compression force to generate a dynamic position with a diameter of the enclosed washing aperture, inserting the two flexible opposing sidewalls into an opening of a bottle while in the dynamic position, releasing the external compression force causing the two flexible opposing sidewalls to expand outwardly to generate a static position with the diameter of the enclosed washing aperture greater than the diameter of enclosed washing aperture when in the dynamic position and with the cleaning material on the outer surfaces of each of the two opposing sidewalls contacting the inner surfaces of the bottle, and applying a downward force on the lower end of the handheld body to move the cleaning material on the inner surfaces of the bottle for cleaning.

A floor cleaning system having a flat headed mop is provided. The system includes a bucket having a plurality of compartments. At least one compartment is provided for cleaning the flat headed mop to remove dirt and debris accumulated during use. A second compartment is provided for recharging the mop pad with water or a cleaning solution. At least one wringing device is operably coupled to one of the plurality of compartments. The at least one wringing device having an extractor element to remove at least a portion of water or cleaning solution from the mop pad.

A bucket for a floor cleaning system having a mop is provided. The bucket includes a first compartment, a second compartment, a fluid reservoir and a wringing assembly. The second compartment includes a recharging element, the recharging element being adapted to transfer fluid from the second compartment to the flat headed mop when the mop is positioned on a surface. The fluid reservoir is fluidly coupled to the second compartment. The wringing assembly is operably coupled to at least one of the first compartment or the second compartment, the wringing assembly having an extractor that removes fluid from the flat headed mop when the mop is moved through the wringing assembly.

A wringing assembly is fluidly coupled to the at least one compartment, the wringing assembly comprising a fixed extractor element and at least one roller movable from a first position when the mop head is being inserted to a second position when the mop head is being withdrawn.
