An angle measuring assembly includes a protractor that is positionable against an inclined member. The protractor has angle indicia printed thereon and pitch indicia printed thereon. A bubble level is coupled to the protractor to indicate the angle of a top surface of the inclined member. A first wand is pivotally coupled to the protractor to facilitate the user to measure cutting angles on lumber. A second wand is pivotally coupled to the protractor and the second wand is aligned with respective angle indicia and respective pitch indicia when the protractor is positioned against a bottom surface of the inclined member. In this way the second wand indicate the angle and pitch of the bottom surface.

The device may include a housing having a contact edge configured to receive the heel or a first side edge of the user's foot, a retractable tape configured to extend outwardly from the housing, and a toe flange proximate the distal end of the retractable tape that is configured to receive the toe or a second side edge of the user's foot. The retractable tape may have indicia of barleycorn units of measurement that can be easily be used to determine footwear sizes (length and width) in English speaking countries.

The indexing member indexes the body at precise locations along the blade. A method for indexing an adjustable square is also provided. The method includes positioning a body of the adjustable square at a precise known position and indexing, with an indexing member of the adjustable square, the body of the adjustable square at the precise known position.

A length selectable spirit level and measurement device for simultaneous measurement and leveling includes a first bar and a second bar. The first bar has a channel positioned therethrough, which extends between opposed ends thereof. A pair of slats positioned in the channel is slidably engaged to the first bar and thus selectively extensible therefrom. Respective indicia of a plurality of indicia coupled to the slats are alignable with a pair of points to measures a distance between the points. The second bar has a set of orifices positioned therethrough, each of which has a spirit bubble tube positioned therein and coupled to the second bar. A method of verifying measurements of a spray pattern from a nozzle is provided. The method includes inserting the nozzle through an opening in a bottom wall of a closed spray testing container. The closed spray testing container includes a pair of side walls and a pair of end walls connected to the side walls. A top wall is opposite the bottom wall and is connected to the pair of side walls and the pair of end walls to provide a volume. The top wall is transparent.
