ADJUSTABLE SQUARE
An adjustable square has a blade including a scale, a body, a slot formed in the body for movably receiving the blade, a locking mechanism operably engaged with the body for releasably securing the blade within the slot, and an indexing member operably engaged with the body and operably engaged with the blade. The indexing member indexes the body at precise locations along the blade. A method for indexing an adjustable square is also provided. The method includes positioning a body of the adjustable square at a precise known position and indexing, with an indexing member of the adjustable square, the body of the adjustable square at the precise known position.

Combined square leveling
A combined square leveling for combing multiple construction tools into a single device includes a framer's square for measuring angles during construction. A tape measure is retractably positioned within the framer's square and the tape measure is urgeable outwardly from the framer's square for measuring distance. The tape measure is biased to retract into the framer's square. A bubble level is coupled to the framer's square to determine if a surface is level. A laser level is slidably coupled to the framer's square to emit a beam of light to establish a reference point on a distal object.
Construction square
An L shaped versatile, combination construction square for a carpenter having measured marks for all common framing combinations about its six sides. A series of template openings, as well as two adjustable base arms able to set angles for setting plumb, lock into a position to cut rafter tails and birds mouths as well as stair treads and risers. It has a precise scale that accommodates a traditional carpenter's rectangular 3/16 inch wide pencil lead that allows for ⅛ inch increments that can be transferred the length of a board using the adjustable arms. It also functions as a framing square and a laser angle finder.

Magnetic pipe square level
A magnetic pipe square level comprising one or more magnetic members fused to an angle iron, a square that consists of a base member and a perpendicular member, the angle iron fused to the base member, one or more bubble levels attached to the square oriented in line with one or both of the base member and the perpendicular member, an anchor point attached to the perpendicular member, a track for a string line underneath the tip of the angle iron, a notch at the end of the track where the base member and the perpendicular member intersect and one or more sets of tick marks along an edge of the perpendicular member providing a reference point for a measurement.
DETERMINING THE BEND DEDUCTION OF A SHEET METAL WORKPIECE TO BE BENT
The invention relates to method for estimating a shortening length of a sheet metal workpiece which is bent about n bending axes and by n bending angles alpha, comprising the following method steps, wherein
the bent sheet metal workpiece comprises n+1 limbs extending along a straight extension line and n curved regions which are produced by bending the sheet metal workpiece and extend between two adjacent limbs.
Adjustable angle measurement tool
An angle measurement tool includes first and second elongate members, one of the first and second longitudinal members having an aperture defined by an inner circumference shaped as an outer circumference of an eight-pointed star polygon, the other one to the first and second elongate members having a fixing means adapted for engagement in the aperture of the first elongate member so as to fix the first and second elongate members at a predetermined angle relative to each other.
