A paint container includes a brush attached to the container. The brush is in fluid communication with the interior of the container to receive paint through passages reaching into the interior of the container. A container cap is attachable over the brush to prevent paint on the brush from drying out between use. The container includes a diaphragm in at least one side allowing a user to create pressure inside the container to urge paint into the brush. One example of suitable paint is water based paint.

The present invention relates to a device for applying a hair solution, includes a body having a head and a handle extending from the head to disperse liquid in the hairs through holes in the bristles. The device is used to simultaneously comb hair on one side of a hair partition, apply treatment solution to the partition, spread the treatment solution, and repartition the hair for a subsequent application of treatment solution.

A device for selectively storing and mixing two liquids. The device comprises a first interior portion for storing a first liquid, a second interior portion for storing a second liquid, and a valve intermediate to the first and second interior portions. The instant disclosure relates to hair coloring base compositions and developer compositions that can be incorporated into a hair color cartridge, which combines the compositions and dispenses them onto hair. The developer compositions typically include one or more oxidizing agents; one or more surfactants; and water. The unique components and fluid characteristics of the various compositions are such that devices or appliances comprising them accurately combine and dispense the hair coloring base composition(s) with the developer composition(s) in a predetermined ratio with excellent consistency for application to hair.

A personal care device includes a handle including a head supporting a personal care implement, a cradle longitudinally extending from the head to a proximal extremity open to the cradle, an elongate opening open to the cradle and extending longitudinally between the head and the proximal extremity and defined by mutually respective longitudinal edges, and a container extending longitudinally through the cradle.
