Alignment of rotational shafts
Apparatus for measuring alignment of two shafts. Two magnetic bases each have two linear contact edges designed to engage with a circumferential surface of the two shafts and to ensure alignment between the base and an axis of rotation of the shaft to within a tolerance compatible with alignment tolerances of the shaft. Brackets attached to the bases are designed to attach laser photoelectric devices, the photoelectric devices designed to measure shaft misalignment.

Hands-free track tension measuring device for snowmobiles
Devices and systems for track tension measurement and alignment of tracked vehicles are provided. A device for measuring tension on a continuous track includes a shaft having a hollow cross section, a pin disposed at least partially through an aperture of the top end of the shaft, a compression member disposed within the inner volume of the shaft such that the pin contacts the compression member, and a base having a hollow cross section and removably attached to an outer surface of the shaft. When the base is attached to the outer surface of the shaft at a predetermined height, and the pin is depressed into the inner volume of the shaft at a predetermined distance, the distance between the top end of the pin and an end of the base is known.
TOOL FOR VERIFYING THE LEVELING OF VINYL SIDING AT CORNER LOCATIONS
A vinyl siding alignment tool for verifying the alignment of vinyl siding panels around the exterior of a building. The tool is configured to verify the alignment of the panels around a corner post regardless of whether it is an acute or obtuse angle. The tool is fitted with a leveling means for providing immediate feedback to the installer. The tool further comprises a handle and a support means for providing a balanced weight about the center of gravity, making the tool easy to use with very little effort. The tool is versatile in that it allows the user to verify alignment about an interior angle using two distinct methods.

Alignment device
An alignment device for aligning a pair of substrates includes a second bar rotationally engaged by a first terminus to a second end of a first bar. A spirit level engaged to a first end of the first bar extends bidirectionally therefrom. A fastener rotationally engaged to the first and second bars is positioned to selectively fix the first bar relative to the second bar. With the second bar positioned on a mating surface of a first substrate, a user can rotate the first bar relative to the second bar so that the spirit level indicates horizontal and then engage the fastener. Upon positioning the second bar on a mating face of a second substrate, the user is positioned to orient the second substrate so that the spirit level indicates horizontal, wherein the mating face of the second substrate is aligned with the mating surface of the first substrate.
Pipe alignment tool
A pipe alignment tool for aligning a pair of pipes is disclosed. The tool includes an anchor member configured to abut the pair of pipes and a spindle coupled to the anchor member. The tool further includes a block in threaded engagement with the spindle and adapted to move axially along an axis of the spindle in response to a rotation of the spindle about the axis. The block includes a first retention structure and a second retention structure. Furthermore, the tool includes a flexible member for supporting the pair of pipes and adapted to be disposed around the pair of pipes and engaged with the first retention structure and the second retention structure. The flexible member is tightened about the pipes upon the rotation of the spindle in a first direction, wherein the tightening of the flexible member facilitates the alignment of the pair of pipes.
