Methods, systems, and products monitor a person's regimen for medicinal and dietary restrictions. When the person's regimen requires a liquid medication or supplement, an oral instrument is commanded to dispense a dosage of fluid. The oral instrument stores a reservoir of the fluid. If the oral instrument is a spoon, for example, the spoon may automatically dispense cough syrup or other medicine. A toothbrush, likewise, may automatically dispense mouthwash. A sensor may confirm presence of the oral instrument in the person's mouth, thus ensuring the dosage of fluid is ingested.

An apparatus is disclosed including but not limited to a plunger driven dispenser comprising a handle having an inner section and an outer section and a top; a storage chamber formed inside of the inner section the contains a highly viscous product, wherein the storage chamber has a tapered opening at the bottom and an aperture in the top of the storage chamber, wherein the aperture further comprises a coned tip surrounding the aperture; a plunger formed inside of the outer section that fits into the storage chamber and extrudes the cosmetic product through the coned tip aperture under pressure applied to the plunger; and an aperture in the top that receives cosmetic product from the storage chamber through the coned tip aperture and a spike to seal the storage chamber. A method for using the apparatus is disclosed.

Disclosed is an oral care device that includes a body and a base connected to the body. The oral care device includes a mouthpiece extending from the base and an oral care product reservoir in communication with the mouthpiece. A plurality of brushing walls extend from the base about the mouthpiece.

An oral care implement for dispensing an oral care agent includes a housing, reservoir therein containing an oral care fluid, and an electrical circuit comprising first and second electrodes connected to an onboard power source. Each electrode is in contact with the oral care fluid in the housing. An actuator, operably coupled to the power source, is configured to both selectively energize the circuit and activate dispensing of the oral care fluid. An electrical charge is applied to the oral care fluid by activating the actuator when dispensing the oral care fluid. When the fluid comprises a peroxide based tooth whitening agent, the dispensed fluid pH is increased by the electrical charge which improves the efficacy of the whitener. In one embodiment, the implement is a modular system including a powered base unit and one or more interchangeable cartridges each having a reservoir containing an oral care fluid.

The present disclosure relates to a toilet brush with cleaning spray system. The toilet brush with cleaning spray system includes a brush head; a spray nozzle component, the brush head being attached to one end of the spray nozzle component; a rigid pipe, the other end of the spray nozzle component being attached to one end of the rigid pipe; and a cleaning spray system, the other end of the rigid pipe being attached to the cleaning spray system. The cleaning spray system is in communication with the spray nozzle component via the rigid aluminium pipe.

A brush has a hollow body having a working surface, a reservoir for a fluid inside the body, a valve to dispense fluid contained in the reservoir through a nozzle onto a surface to be engaged by the working surface of the brush and an activation mechanism for the valve, further comprising on a side of the body opposite the working surface, an opening or window through which a fluid level in the reservoir can be observed.

A fluid delivery system of a dental cleaning appliance includes a pump for drawing a working fluid through a fluid inlet, a hydraulic actuator for receiving working fluid from the pump, a drive for actuating the pump, and a nozzle having a fluid outlet for ejecting working fluid from the appliance. The drive includes a motor and a control circuit for operating the motor. The control circuit is configured to detect stalling of the motor in response to the load applied to the pump by the pressurized working fluid stored in the accumulator, and to deactivate the motor when stalling of the motor has been detected.
