An outer surface of the closure is provided with brush bristles, and expelled container contents emerge among the bristles. The brush may be used to apply the expelled contents onto a surface. A separate cap may be provided to cover the bristles when the container is not in use. The bottle and a portion of the closure may be formed integrally. The bottle may have an arbitrary shape, such as a cartoon animal, and/or an opening to accept a carabiner for hanging the container.
