Electrolytic brush assembly
An electrolytic brush assembly including a handle assembly; a shroud extending from the handle assembly, the shroud having an aperture at a distal end thereof; and a brush connecting assembly for releasably connecting a brush to the handle assembly whereby the brush extends through the aperture of the shroud. The handle assembly includes an adjustment sub-assembly for selectively moving the brush connecting assembly and a brush connected thereto relative to the handle assembly and the aperture of the shroud.
Method of monitoring oral health
A method of monitoring oral health including deriving a health profile of a user from information obtained from a sample taken from the user; displaying a representation of the health profile on a display, wherein the representation of the health profile includes a list of undesirable oral health characteristics that are detectable from the sample and a graphical depiction of an oral cavity divided into a plurality of regions; and wherein in response to selection of a first one of the undesirable oral health characteristics, the representation of the health profile indicates which regions of the user's oral cavity are affected by the first one of the undesirable oral health characteristic.
Fastenable device for oral cavity position detection
The present invention provides for a fastenable device for oral area position detection that is fastenable to oral care implements.
CONNECTED SYSTEMS, DEVICES, AND METHODS INCLUDING A BRUSH AND HAIR DRYER
A system is provided that includes a hair dryer and a hairbrush. The hairbrush is configured to sense a characteristic of at least one of the user's hair and the hair dryer, and to transmit information back to the hair dryer based on the sensed characteristic. The hair dryer is configured to update at least one setting, which may include least one of temperature control, air flow speed, and air flow shape at the hair dryer, based on the received sensed characteristic.
IDENTIFICATION OF HAIR CARE APPLIANCE ATTACHMENTS
Various exemplary attachments for hair care appliances and methods of using attachments for hair care appliances are provided. In general, a hair care appliance in an exemplary embodiment is in the form of a hair dryer that has an air inlet and at least one air outlet, and various internal components that facilitate use and operation of the hair care appliance, such as a fan, motor, and heater. In an exemplary embodiment, the hair care appliance is configured to releasably couple to an attachment so that the hair care appliance and the attachment are in electrical communication. The hair care appliance is configured to automatically identify the attachment releasably coupled to the hair care appliance.
COSMETIC MATERIAL AND HAIRDRESSING APPLIANCE
A cosmetic material includes at least one organic substance, the at least one organic substance each being changeable to fine particles having an average particle size of less than or equal to 1 ?m when being heated or pulverized, the cosmetic material being solid at normal temperature and not containing a liquid component, a cream-like component, or a gel-like component. A hairdressing appliance includes a cosmetic material holder that holds a cosmetic material, a heating unit that heats the cosmetic material held by the cosmetic material holder, and a jet unit that jets fine particles generated by heating by the heating unit to the outside.
Fastenable device for oral cavity position detection
A fastenable device includes a housing having a base portion, a head portion opposite to the base portion, and a body portion between the base portion and the head portion. The base portion has a first fastener in the form of a full ring integral to the housing and defining a through-hole. The head portion has a second fastener in the form of an open ring integral to the housing and defining a snappable recess. The device includes a frequency generator housed in the housing and electrically connected to an electrode pair disposed on the housing, for applying a voltage with at least two different frequencies between the electrodes.
THERMAL CONDUCTIVE MAKEUP APPLICATION APPARATUS
A makeup application apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus may include a handle including a handle top portion and a handle bottom portion. The handle top portion may include a plurality of vents. The apparatus may further include a brush head removably attached to the handle top portion. The brush head may include a brush head top portion and a brush head bottom portion. The brush head top portion may include plurality of bristles. The apparatus may further include a heating element disposed in a handle interior portion between the handle top portion and the handle bottom portion. The heating element may include a heater and one or more fans. The heating element may be configured to blow hot air towards the plurality of bristles via the plurality of vents.
Hair care appliance with powered attachment
Various exemplary attachments for hair care appliances and methods of using attachments for hair care appliances are provided. In general, a hair care attachment in an exemplary embodiment is in the form of a brush accessory that has a hollow body having first and second region, an attachment collar at a first end of the hollow body and having an inlet for receiving airflow, a plurality of bristles positioned along the first region of the hollow body, a plurality of outlet openings positioned along the first region of the hollow body adjacent the plurality of bristles, and a heater assembly positioned along the second region of the hollow body.
Smart toothbrush and floss method and system
A toothbrush system includes a toothbrush having a floss pick with position sensors. The position sensors can be used to create a digital representation of the user's mouth and by monitoring the movement of the toothbrush while in use, the system can determine if all surface areas of the teeth have been properly brushed based upon the measured brush time and force. The system can determine if the teeth have been properly flossed based upon the measured floss time and position. If any areas of the teeth have not been properly brushed or flossed, the system can emit a signal informing the user of the areas that need additional brushing or flossing.
