Rotary sensor assembly with axial switch and redundancy feature
A sensor assembly comprising a first rotary sensor part with a plurality of individual electrically conducting axial position sensor segments arranged in a circumferential pattern, and a second rotary sensor part arranged rotationally relative to the first portion and comprising a plurality of circumferentially arranged electrically interconnected axial position contacts adapted to be arranged in contact with the axial position sensor segments. The assembly further comprises actuator means for axially moving the axial position contacts between a connected and a dis-connected position, wherein the axial position contacts and the axial position sensor segments are arranged such that for a given rotational position at least two axial position contacts each are in contact with a different axial position sensor segment.

A wheel rotation detection component and a robotic cleaner thereof are provided and are suitable for wheel rotation detection. The wheel rotation detection component includes a support frame, a wheel, a magnet and detection elements for inducing a change of a magnetic field of the magnet to detect a rotation information of the wheel. The wheel is movably connected to the support frame, the magnet is fixed on the wheel, the wheel rotation detection component further includes a magnetic conduction shaft being magnetized by the magnet to conduct the magnetic field to the detection elements, one end of the magnetic conduction shaft is connected to the support frame, the other end of the magnetic conduction shaft is connected to the main body, and the detection elements are connected to the main body. The robotic cleaner includes a main body and the wheel rotation detection component.
WHEEL ROTATION DETECTION COMPONENT AND ROBOTIC CLEANER
A wheel rotation detection component and a robotic cleaner thereof are provided and are suitable for wheel rotation detection. The wheel rotation detection component includes a support frame, a wheel, a magnet and detection elements for inducing a change of a magnetic field of the magnet to detect a rotation information of the wheel. MULTI-CHANNEL ROTARY ENCODER
A rotary encoder includes a substrate, two or more switches disposed on the substrate, a mechanical wave generator, and a controller. The mechanical wave generator is disposed proximate to the substrate. The substrate and the mechanical wave generator are adapted to rotate relative to each other about a central axis. The mechanical wave generator has a profile shape that repeats circumferentially about the central axis. The profile shape has ridges and valleys that engage the two or more switches to activate and deactivate the two or more switches as the substrate and the mechanical wave generator rotate relative to each other. The controller is electrically coupled to the two or more switches to track activations of the two or more switches and digitally encode a rotational position of the substrate relative to the wave generator based upon the activations.
Injection device with a processor for collecting ejection information
A medication delivery device comprises an injection device having a reservoir comprising a medicament to be ejected, and a sensor arranged to detect an ejection of the medicament from the injection device, the sensor being arranged to output a signal comprising ejecting information, and a processor for collecting and storing the ejection information.
