Display device, energy display method and computer program
A display device includes: an image display section which displays an image on a screen on the basis of an image signal; and an execution section which executes an application which is acquired from a network on the basis of a user's instruction. When the image display section displays an image, the application which is executed by the execution section acquires, through the network, information related to energy that is used in a predetermined range, and displays the information on the screen.
Electrical power switch control with usage data display
A device to be connected to first electrical power wiring and for displaying electrical power usage information of at least one first electrical load connected to the first electrical power wiring, the device including terminals to electrically connect to the first electrical power wiring of a building, a controller to receive information representing at least a current to the at least one first electrical load, determine first electrical power usage information of the at least one first electrical load using the received information, a user interface to display the determined first electrical power usage information of the at least one first electrical load, and a communications interface to transmit the determined first electrical power usage information to at least one second electrical device for display, and receive determined second electrical power usage information of at least one second electrical load from the at least one second electrical device for display.
UTILITY MONITORING DEVICE, SYSTEM AND METHOD
A monitoring device, system and method are provided for in-home/on-premises monitoring of usage of utilities, such as electricity and other services. The monitoring device receives information from a smart meter, and displays usage through a display, illuminating an area using a colour indicative of the current cost of consumption, and varying the illuminated area at a rate indicative of a rate of consumption or other metric, the varying of the illuminated area simulating movement in the display. The display provides a consumer with at a glance visual information on current usage. Optionally a digital display screen provides detailed alphanumeric and graphical information, through a number of selectable display modes. One or more devices may be networked, and interface directly or indirectly with a transceiver of a smart metering system, or a retrofit transceiver for a conventional meter. Monitoring of other utilities and services may alternatively or additionally be provided.

Visual analytics of spatial time series data using a pixel calendar tree
Example embodiments relate to providing visual analytics of spatial time series data. In example embodiments, sensors may be located at regions within a building for collecting sensor data at regular time intervals. A sensor hierarchy can be generated including sensor nodes that are hierarchically arranged according to a physical infrastructure of the building, where each of the sensor nodes corresponds to a sensor. Sensor data can be obtained from the sensors, and a pixel calendar tree can be generated based on the sensor data and the sensor hierarchy, where the pixel calendar tree is recursively subdivided into tree portions according to a proportion of the sensor data attributable to each of the sensors. The pixel calendar tree can be displayed, where each of the tree portions includes time series sensor data of a corresponding region that is generated based on the sensor data.

WIRELESS SCREEN
A display device arranged to be integrated in an apparatus that further includes a housing and main circuit. The display device has a screen arranged to be positioned on the housing, a printed circuit on which the screen is mounted and on which there are mounted a first communication interface arranged to receive uplink data transmitted by the main circuit via wireless communication, a display component arranged to cause the screen to display the uplink data, and a power supply circuit.
Lighting arrangement for monitoring utility flow and method for the same
Lighting arrangements for monitoring utility flow and methods for monitoring utility flow are provided. In one example, the lighting arrangement includes a smart utility monitoring system that is configured to measure output data from a utility device and process the output data into utility flow data. A controller is configured to retrieve the utility flow data from the smart utility monitoring system. A plurality of lights is in communication with the controller. The controller is configured to direct the plurality of lights to display a light pattern in which at least a portion of the light pattern corresponds to the utility flow data.
CENTRAL MULTI-USER INHOME DISPLAY DEVICE FOR WATER METERS
An inhome display device and method are provided for reading and monitoring consumed hot and cold water that includes a plurality of water meters which measure hot and cold water consumption and encrypt the consumption data, one internal or external radio module per water meter for transmitting the encrypted consumption data, a gateway for one or multiple water meters for receiving and transmitting the encrypted consumption data to a remote backend server. The consumption data is decrypted, processed and made available in the remote backend server. The consumption data of a water meter is retrievable from the remote backend server via at least one central inhome display and displayed on the at least one central inhome display.
