A method of manufacturing a brush includes providing a core wire section having a proximal end and a distal end, and an integral tip on the distal end, forming a bristle element having a throughbore, and inserting the core wire section into the throughbore until the bristle element is received on the core wire section.

A beard grooming system for men utilizing a device holding both a beard conditioning formulation and an application assembly permitting the beard conditioning formulation to be applied to the beard with no mess. The beard conditioning formulation utilizes various vegetable oils including Jojoba oil and copolymers to produce surface tension of the beard conditioning formulation on an applicator, such as a brush, to prevent dripping.

Disclosed is a brush-like device and related manufacturing method. The device includes at least a handle head portion obtained by way of plastic material moulding on a terminal portion of a metal stem on which bristles of the brush are fixed, the terminal portion of the stem being retained in the moulding position by a through seat of a mould which closes on the stem, and wherein, prior to the moulding of the head portion, it is provided to apply a covering sheath of elastically yieldable material on the terminal portion of the stem, the sheath being of elongate tubular shape having a length of at least 2.5 mm.

The present invention relates to an applicator for applying a cosmetic, makeup or care, product to the eyelashes and/or eyebrows, having an applicator member including a core that extends along a longitudinal axis (X), and, carried by the core, longitudinal rows of islets of spikes that are separated by areas free of spikes, wherein, in said applicator, the islets of spikes include a series of spikes in the longitudinal direction and a series of spikes in the circumferential direction.

The printer is designed to receive a digital file and to print the sleeve. The device further includes a calculator capable of adapting the dimensions of the sleeve (10) to be printed to those of a user's finger. A method for three-dimensionally printing a sleeve (10) for receiving a cosmetic applicator (20) also is disclosed.
