Device for metering powder, in particular in clean-rooms, which includes a vessel containing powder and a sealing head with a septum for the vessel, wherein the sealing head is connectable powder-tight with the vessel and the septum powder-tight with the sealing head and the device further includes a vessel holder, which serves to hold the sealing head of the vessel, and the vessel with its opening points downwards, so that the powder can flow out of the vessel, wherein a gap is provided between the sealing head and a holding bowl of the vessel holder, in which a gas flow between the holding bowl and the sealing head can be created. The invention also relates to a use of the device and a metered addition method.

A metering valve comprises a closable media passage leading from a media supply to a nozzle opening, wherein the medium can be applied to the workpiece in a metered manner through the nozzle opening. The metering valve is provided with a plasma generator by which the workpiece can be acted on by a plasma jet.

A dosing machine for dosing fluid products includes: containers having vertical longitudinal axes and configured to contain fluid products, rotary stirring elements located inside respective containers and operable in rotation by electric motors, and a dispensing head having nozzles connected to respective containers, where each container is associated with a level measuring device having: a floater containing a permanent magnet and free to move inside the container, a magnetic detector arranged outside the container, and having magnetic sensors spaced apart from each other in a vertical direction and each of which is configured to detect a variation in a magnetic field caused by passage in its proximity of said floater, and a control unit which analyzes signals provided by the magnetic sensors to detect a fluid level inside the container and passage of the floater in a vicinity of one or more of said magnetic sensors.

A metering device includes a storage tank, a funnel, a feeder, at least one measuring container, a first driver, and a second driver. Liquid and string-shaped foods are sent from the storage tank to the funnel by the feeder. The measuring container is provided under the funnel in a measuring position, and volumetrically meters the string-shaped foods sent from the funnel while ejecting the liquid. The first driver moves the funnel or the measuring container to insert the funnel into the measuring container at a time of metering, and moves the funnel or the measuring container to separate the funnel from the measuring container after metering is completed. The invention relates to a device for metering carbon dioxide snow, comprising a storage container and a discharge opening arranged in the base of the storage container. A horizontally and vertically movable base, by means of which the discharge opening can be opened and closed, is arranged in the region of the discharge opening. A horizontally movable cutting knife is vertically spaced from the base and can be moved into the interior of the storage container. Once the storage container is filled with carbon dioxide snow a metered amount of carbon dioxide snow present between the cutting knife and the base is cut off by the cutting knife and compacted by vertical movements of the base and is then discharged by the base moving into the open position.

A handheld solids dispenser. The dispenser includes a housing defining an inlet passage and an outlet passage. A delivery mechanism is supported within the housing and is positioned between the inlet passage and the outlet passage. Actuation of the delivery mechanism causes the delivery mechanism to transport a desired amount of solids material from the inlet passage to the outlet passage. The delivery member may be in the form of a plunger slidably positioned within the housing. The delivery mechanism may be in the form of a screw conveyor driven by a drive motor.

The present invention refers to a device for storage and dosage of a powder or a liquid, wherein the device comprises a removable top cap, an annular grip portion that encircles an upper part of a main container, which connects and locks to an outer container, which main container is arranged to store an amount of a powder or a liquid and the outer container encircles and connects the main container to a volume container, which volume container is used to adjust a dispensing volume of the device and has a removable bottom cap in its lower end through which the desired amount can be discharged. The invention further relates to the use of such a device.

A developer supply container includes a rotating container for conveying a developer and an intermittent regulator for intermittently supplying gas into the rotating container and regulating an internal pressure of the rotating container. A fixed amount of gas is intermittently supplied by the intermittent regulator to the gas mixing space and is discharged from the powder discharging port after the fixed amount of gas is mixed with the developer. Since the intermittent regulator can periodically supply the fixed amount of gas to the gas mixing space, the fixed amount of gas ensures a stable gas pressure inside the developer supply container. The developer supply container can continuously and stably replenish the developer into the image forming device under any storage or operating environment. The air pressure of the developer supply container is maintained at a stable level and a high precision replenishment amount of the developer is achieved.

Multiple food ingredient dispensing device that include a body having a dispensing opening and an internal orifice plate that supports a release mechanism. The device either includes a carousel unit on a central axle or a carrier that turns on a bearing. The carousel unit or carrier hold a plurality of ingredient pods that contain food ingredients, and which rotate relative to the body. Rotating the ingredient pods can cause a selected one to rotate over the release mechanism. The release mechanism can then cause a controlled volume of the food ingredient to fall from associated ingredient pod. Also included are a viewing window with measurement indicia and a measurement adjust knob that adjusts the amount that falls when the release mechanism is opened. A dispensing opening then allows the food ingredient to fall out of the dispensing device.
