WEIGHING UNIT, BATCHING METHOD, AND AUTOMATIC BATCHING SYSTEM FOR FLOOR PRODUCTION
The present disclosure provides a weighing unit, a batching method, and an automatic batching system for floor production, relating to the field of floor manufacturing. The automatic batching system for floor production comprises a weighing control unit, a weighing unit, and a plurality of material mixing units. The weighing unit is electrically connected to the weighing control unit; and the plurality of material mixing units are in communication with the weighing unit respectively. The batching system can solve, to a certain extent, the problems of relatively large quality differences between mixed materials, a relatively high failure rate of the weighing control unit, and relatively low control accuracy.

Combination weighing device
A combination weighing device includes: a storage unit that stores time-series measurement values sequentially acquired by the measurement hoppers; a time measurement unit that measures an elapsed time from a timing corresponding to supply of the products to the measurement hoppers until a timing at which the time-series measurement values enter a region considered to be stabilized when the time-series measurement values stored in the storage unit converge to the region considered to be stabilized as a stabilization time until the measurement values become stabilized; and a selection unit that acquires the stabilization times by the time measurement unit over a plurality of cycles and can select a recommended stabilization time that is the stabilization time in which a predetermined measurement accuracy can be maintained based on a standard deviation of the acquired stabilization times for the plurality of cycles.

HOPPER AND COMBINATION SCALE COMPRISING THE SAME
A hopper has a gate pivotable to open and close the lower opening of a hopper body, wherein opposing side parts more spaced apart than a width of the body are extending from the gate, and the opposing side parts of the gate are externally fitted pivotably to fulcrum shafts protruding from outer side surfaces of the hopper body. The hopper further includes regulating members interposed between the outer side surfaces of the body and the opposing side parts of the gate. The regulating members are configured to regulate movements of the gate in pivotal directions thereof and are detachably engaged with the fulcrum shafts circumferentially around the fulcrum shafts.
