The tabletop may include a first section and a second section that are connected by a hinge assembly. A locking mechanism may be sized and configured to lock the hinge assembly in a fixed position. The locking mechanism may include a locking member, and the locking member may be a unitary, one-piece structure. The locking member may be rotatably connected to a connector of the hinge assembly. The locking member may be connected to a locking structure that is movable between a locked position and an unlocked position. The locking member may be sized and configured to bias the locking structure into the locked position.

Disclosed are pivoting mechanisms, sliding mechanisms, frames and tables. A pivoting mechanism includes a first coupling piece, a second coupling piece and a rod. The first and second coupling pieces are pivotally coupled with each other. The rod is operated by gravity to automatically lock or unlock the first and second coupling pieces. A sliding mechanism generally includes a slider and a locking member. The slider includes a sleeve to be slidably coupled with a bar. The locking member includes a restriction piece, operated by an elastic piece to be disposed inside of the bar, to automatically lock the sleeve at a certain position of the bar.

Disclosed are pivoting mechanisms, sliding mechanisms, frames and tables. A pivoting mechanism includes a first coupling piece, a second coupling piece and a rod. The first and second coupling pieces are pivotally coupled with each other. The rod is operated by gravity to automatically lock or unlock the first and second coupling pieces. A portable structure includes a main body, a ridge coupled or formed with the main body and a supporting assembly with a mounting bar disposed adjacent to the ridge. The portable structure also includes a handle coupled to one or more of the ridge, main body and mounting bar by first and second connectors. Each connector includes a first connecting piece connected to the ridge and a second connecting piece coupled or formed with the first connecting piece. The handle includes first and second attachment portions connected to the first and second connectors, respectively, and a gripping portion between the first and second attachment portions to facilitate grasping of the handle.

A portable structure includes a main body, a ridge coupled or formed with the main body and a supporting assembly with a mounting bar disposed adjacent to the ridge. The portable structure also includes a handle coupled to one or more of the ridge, main body and mounting bar by first and second connectors. Each connector includes a first connecting piece connected to the ridge and a second connecting piece coupled or formed with the first connecting piece. The handle includes first and second attachment portions connected to the first and second connectors, respectively, and a gripping portion between the first and second attachment portions to facilitate grasping of the handle.

Disclosed is a folding table having a pair of frame ends that are pivotally connected together and first and opposite table top surfaces that are mounted on respective ones of the frame ends to be rotatable between a folded configuration at which the first and opposite table top surfaces lie face-to-face and an unfolded configuration at which the table top surfaces lie end-to-end. The folding table has a pair of pull-out wheels that are rotated between an inside position lying underneath the table top surfaces in the folded configuration and an outside position lying outside the table top surfaces in the unfolded configuration. The folding table also has a removable leaf pivotally connected to and rotatable around a pivot bar between a stowed position lying below one of the table top surfaces and a deployed position lying in end-to-end alignment with and between the table top surfaces to increase the length of the table.
