FORKLIFT SCALE ATTACHMENT
The present disclosure describes a lift truck attachment system that includes a lift truck carriage with an upper carriage support and a lower carriage support secured between two support brackets. The lift truck carriage is dimensioned to fit at least partially between opposing masts of a lift truck, such that the upper and lower carriage supports do not extend substantially beyond a forward surface of the mast. A device assembly, is mounted to the lift truck carriage, the device assembly including a base portion removably secured to the upper and/or lower carriage supports via one or more attachments. The device assembly can include a carriage scale removably secured to the base portion, the carriage scale configured to support load handling fixtures, such as a lift fork. In some examples, a single carriage support is used.
WORK MACHINE
A working machine detects a bucket angle that is an angle of an opening face of a bucket with respect to a vertical direction orthogonal to a horizontal plane on the basis of detection data indicating a posture of a working device detected by a posture sensor, determines whether an object is accommodated in the bucket or not on the basis of a detected load value of the object accommodated in the bucket, and determines that the object accommodated in the bucket is discharged when the detected bucket angle is on a discharge side beyond a discharge reference angle, and the load value detected by a load detection part is smaller than a load threshold, after the determination that an object is accommodated in the bucket.
CONTROL SYSTEM FOR ASSISTING AN OPERATOR OF A WORKING MACHINE, CORRESPONDING METHOD AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT
A control system for assisting an operator of a working machine, the working machine includes a bucket arranged to receive a load to be unloaded to a load receiving vessel.
System and method for estimating implement load weights for a work vehicle with knowledge of operator-initiated control commands
In several aspects, a system and associated method may be used to estimate a load weight carried by an implement of a work vehicle. In doing so, the system and method may allow for the implement load weight to be estimated by taking into account operator-initiated control commands that may impact the accuracy or reliability of the estimated weight.
LOADING WEIGHT MEASUREMENT METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
In a method of measuring weight of a load in a construction machine, weight of a load loaded in a bucket is measured while performing a construction work using a working apparatus of the construction machine. Whether or not a bucket unloading condition is satisfied is determined at any point in time during the construction work. A link parameter is calculated using output values collected from sensors attached to the construction machine when the bucket unloading is satisfied. A difference between the calculated link parameter (hereinafter, referred to as a new link parameter) and a link parameter that has been used to measure the weight of the load (hereinafter, referred to as a previous link parameter) is compared, to update the previous link parameter with the new link parameter.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF CALCULATING A PAYLOAD WEIGHT
A system of calculating a payload weight, the system including: a first sensor configured to assist in determining an actuator load associated with a ram, the ram being connected to a lifting member; and a calibration module configured to retrieve a calibration factor based on movement of the ram, the calibration factor being applied to the actuator load to thereby provide an adjusted actuator load; wherein the payload weight is calculated based on the adjusted actuator load.
A SYSTEM AND METHOD OF IDENTIFYING A PAYLOAD DESTINATION
A system of identifying a payload destination, the system including: one or more sensors; and an identifying module configured to: receive a plurality of inputs from the one or more sensors, the plurality of inputs being associated with payload delivery from a lifting machine; define a plurality of input destination identifiers based on the plurality of inputs; compare the plurality of input destination identifiers with stored identifiers in order to establish one or more destination match estimates; and identify the payload destination based on the one or more destination match estimates.
Lift truck and lifting member
A Lift truck with a lifting device comprises at least one lifting member (1) provided with lifting means for adjusting the lifting member in height direction. The lifting member (1) comprises a shell part (50) lying over a base part (2) and having a surface on which cargo can be received. The shell part supports from a pressure point on the base part (2) via an electronic force sensor (10). The force sensor (10) is able and configured to determine vertical load on the shell part (50) and to generate an electronic signal as measure thereof, and comprises for this purpose pressure and/or strain-sensitive sensor means. In a longitudinal direction of the lifting member directed transversely of the vertical load there is provided between the sensor means and the pressure point a mechanical deformation zone (31,32,33) which is able and configured to deform in at least substantially wholly elastic manner, under the influence of a force effect exerted thereon in the longitudinal direction, from a rest state to a state deformed in the longitudinal direction.
System and method for estimating quantity of payload
A method for estimating a quantity of a payload within a bed of a wagon coupled to a machine is provided. The method includes raising the bed of the wagon to a predetermined height. The method includes receiving a pressure signal indicative of a pressure in a hoist cylinder coupled to the bed of the wagon. The method also includes receiving a load signal indicative of a load at a hitch of the wagon. The method further includes estimating the quantity of the payload in the bed of the wagon based, at least in part, on a predetermined relationship between the pressure signal and the load signal.
A SYSTEM AND METHOD OF CALCULATING A PAYLOAD WEIGHT
A system of calculating a payload weight, the system including: a first sensor configured to measure a first load associated with a first member of a lifting machine; a second sensor configured to measure a second load associated with a second member of the lifting machine; and a calculating device configured to calculate the payload weight being carried by the lifting machine based on the first load and the second load.
