WORK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The present disclosure provides a construction management system capable of ascertaining information about a construction site more accurately than before. A construction management system 100 comprises: a position sensor 16a detecting position information about a transport vehicle 10 that transports payload; a position sensor 26 detecting position information about a loading machine 20 that loads payload onto the transport vehicle 10; a weight detection device 120 detecting weight information about the payload held by the loading machine 20; and an information management controller 130 which, based on chronological information of the position information about the transport vehicle 10, chronological information of the position information about the loading machine, and chronological information of the weight information, calculates the load weight of the payload loaded onto the transport vehicle 10.
Load sensor bucket and related method
A load sensor bucket for equipment is operable in a loading mode and a metering mode. In the loading mode, the bucket is disposed to load material. In the metering mode, the bucket is tilted upward with the load sensors oriented to form a vertical metering column that is substantially perpendicular to a ground surface. In the metering mode, the bucket orients a center of mass of the material within the vertical metering column so that the load sensors can measure the bucket load. The measurement can be conveyed to an operator of the machine, who can then determine real time whether the bucket is loaded to a target amount of material. A related method can include detecting a load parameter, such as stress/strain, via the load sensors and displaying output in a cab.
Systems and methods for determining shrinkage of a commodity
Systems and methods for determining shrinkage of a commodity sold by a store are provided which may include: identifying data indicative of a volume of the commodity, associating a label with a container that holds the commodity, collecting the label information with a reader and transmitting collected label information to at least one server, automatically determining data characterizing the material in the container, associating the label information and the data characterizing the material in the container, and determining performance data related to the commodity by comparing the data indicative of the volume of the commodity supplied to the store, the data indicative of the volume of the commodity sold by the store, and the data characterizing the material in the container.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ESTIMATING THE WEIGHT OF A LOAD CARRIED BY AN IMPLEMENT OF A WORK VEHICLE
A method for estimating the weight of loads carried by implements may include controlling an implement subject to actual weighing conditions to lift a load and receiving an input indicative of a sensed force associated with lifting the load. The method may further include determining a correlation value indicative of a correlation between first and second force values for lifting a given load with the implement as a function of the actual weighing conditions and as a function of nominal weighing conditions, respectively, where at least one of the actual weighing conditions differs from at least one of the nominal weighing conditions. Furthermore, the method may include determining an adjusted force value for lifting the load based at least in part on the sensed force and the correlation value. Additionally, the method may include estimating the weight of the load based at least in part on the adjusted force value.
Distance measuring method and system for aerial device
A system and method for calculating an accurate distance from an aerial device to an intended target using a laser probe. A control system can further include a sensor system and at least one camera for measuring additional operational parameters and viewing surrounding obstacles. Sensors may include an inclinometer and a weight sensor.
Automated collection and scale system
This disclosure describes a collection bin for a waste collection vehicle. The collection bin includes a weighing system with a processor for measuring the weight of material collected from each waste container and associating this weight with appropriate data, such as the owner of the waste container.
Method for determining the mass and the centre of mass of a demountable platform
The present invention relates to a method for determining the mass and the centre of mass of a demountable platform by using a mathematical model, the parameters of which are estimated using an iterative procedure.
Weighing apparatus for a lifting device
Weighing apparatus, for use with a lifting device, is provided including a weighing unit and a cover shaped and sized to at least partially surround a tine of the lifting device. The weighing unit weighs a load that is lifted by the lifting device and is coupled to a lateral side of the cover such that the weighing unit is placed alongside the cover. The weighing unit includes one or more load cells, and an upper surface configured to contact the load lifted by the lifting device. A height of the weighing apparatus varies between the cover and the weighing unit such that a height of the weighing unit is greater than a height of the cover, thereby forming a gap between the load and the cover when a load is lifted by the lifting device. Other applications are also described.
Method and system for determining the weight of a demountable platform
The present invention relates to a method for determining the weight of a demountable platform. In the method, a hooklift is used to lift the demountable platform from the ground onto a vehicle, values of a force acting on a main cylinder of the hooklift are determined at predetermined intervals of a physical quantity that varies as a function of the movement of the hooklift, and the weight of the demountable platform is calculated using the determined values of the force. The present invention also relates to a system for determining the weight of a demountable platform.
CONTROL SYSTEM OF LOADING MACHINE, LOADING MACHINE, AND CONTROL METHOD OF LOADING MACHINE
A control system of a loading machine, having working equipment including a bucket, includes a control device. The control device detects a first surface of an excavated object excavated by the bucket during excavation work, calculates an under-excavation load angle indicating an angle of the first surface with respect to the horizontal plane on the basis of detection data of the first surface, and estimates the weight of the excavated object on the basis of the under-excavation load angle.
