A stopper (64) limits the lower carriage at a predetermined position away from the base body, while allowing the upper carriage to advance therebeyond, separating the mounting unit from the top wall.
Weighing device with a movable mounting unit
A weighing device (10) has a base body (11), a weighing chamber floor (15), a weighing chamber rear wall (25), and a draft shield (20). The draft shield has a top wall (23), a first side wall (22L), a second side wall (22R), and a front wall (24). The weighing chamber floor, the weighing chamber rear wall, and the draft shield act together to enclose a weighing chamber (W). The weighing chamber rear wall has a first side (35) facing the draft shield and a second side (36), opposite the first side. A mounting unit (30) is movably connected to the first side of the weighing chamber rear wall and a position control unit (50) is operatively connected thereto, on the second side of the weighing chamber rear wall. An elongate slot (40) that passes through the rear wall receives the mounting unit about the first side and guides the mounting unit in a direction normal to the base body.
Laboratory balance with a cantilevered weighing pan
A laboratory balance (1) has a weighing pan (14) in a weighing chamber (10). A rear wall (4) separates the weighing chamber separates from a housing (11) that contains a weighing cell (12) with a load-receiving structure (13). A suspension pin (27) extends in a transverse direction of the load-receiving structure. The weighing pan is engaged with the load-receiving structure through at least one passage opening (31) in the rear wall. Two spaced-apart sidebars (29) of the weighing pan are held together by a connecting member (30). Each sidebar has an L-shaped configuration with a horizontal foot portion (55) and a vertical leg portion (56). A hook-shaped portion (64) of the vertical leg is seated on the suspension pin, through sliding contact between the suspension pin and a guiding portion (65) that extends from the hook-shaped portion away from the horizontal foot portion, sloping upwardly.
Protective cover for weighing instrument with suspended sliding door
Provided is a protective cover for a weighing instrument in which movement of a sliding door does not degrade over time. A protective cover (2) for a weighing instrument includes sliding doors (2L, 2R) defining a weighing chamber (5), an upper frame (11) formed at an upper edge of the sliding door, a lower frame (12) formed at a lower edge of the sliding door, an upper guide rail (17) disposed on the upper frame, and a lower guide rail (18) disposed under the lower frame, where the upper guide rail suspends the upper frame, and between the upper guide rail and the upper frame, balls (215) are disposed at a plurality of positions in a moving direction of the sliding door.
Weighing fume cupboard with a work surface that is vibrationaly isolated from the rest of the housing
A weighing fume cupboard (1) for weighing pharmaceutically active or toxic substances in a laboratory, comprising a housing (10) which defines a working space (19), wherein a front side of the housing (10) has a working opening (11) which is open at all times during intended use of the weighing fume cupboard (1), a working plate (20) which delimits the working space (19) at the bottom side, an armrest (40) in the region of the working opening (11), and a support (30) which bears the weight of the housing (10), of the working plate (20) and of the armrest (40), wherein, during intended use of the weighing fume cupboard, the working plate (20) is decoupled in terms of shocks and vibrations from the housing (10), from the armrest (40) and from the support (30).
WEIGHING BALANCE HAVING A MOUNTING UNIT FOR CARRYING ACCESSORIES
A balance (10) has a mounting unit (30) movably connected to a first side (35) of a rear wall (25) of a weighing chamber. The mounting unit is above a top wall (23) of the weighing chamber. An elongate slot (40) extends from the first side through a second side (36) and receives the mounting unit and the top wall. The elongate slot guides the mounting unit and the top wall in a direction normal to a base body (11) of the balance. A position control unit (50), on the second side, has lower and upper carriages (52, 54). The upper carriage is connected to the mounting unit and the lower carriage is connected to the top wall. A stopper (64) limits the lower carriage at a predetermined position away from the base body, while allowing the upper carriage to advance therebeyond, separating the mounting unit from the top wall.

A weighing apparatus for a filling line for filling containers of pharmaceutical, medical, food products and the like includes a weighing unit and a suction unit designed to generate a suction air flow directed and adjusted in such a way as to affect in a controllable manner the value of a weight detected by the weighing unit.
ELECTRONIC BALANCE AND METHOD FOR STABILIZING WEIGHING ACCURACY BY ELECTRONIC BALANCE
The electronic balance is configured to be capable of performing the following series of operations (I) to (VII) automatically: (I) The opening and closing mechanism opens the door. (II) The moving up/down mechanism applies the load of the built-in weight to the weighing mechanism. (III) The opening and closing mechanism closes the door. (IV) After a predetermined period of time elapses, the opening and closing mechanism opens the door. (V) The moving up/down mechanism removes the load of the built-in weight from the weighing mechanism. (VI) The opening and closing mechanism closes the door. (VII) The control unit performs zero-point adjustment of the weighed value. Accordingly, operation of preliminary loading is automatically performed, and thus the stability of the weighing accuracy is improved.
