The present invention provides an apparatus and method for speed filling of a containers, such as bat pipes, that reside in a shipping container. A filling tray includes holes that align with top open ends of the bat pipes. A frame on the filling tray aligns the top open ends of the bat pipes. Smokable plant matter is spread onto the top surface of the filling tray to introduce the smokable plant matter into the holes of the filling tray and further into the top open ends of the bat pipes. A press plate, with a matrix of corresponding pegs, is urged downwardly to compress smokable plant matter into the top open ends of each of the bat pipes. After being filling with smokable plant matter, the top open ends of the bat pies are sealed with caps.

The present invention advantageously provides a device and system for packaging, storing, and smoking an organic smoking material, and a method of using same. In one exemplary embodiment, the system includes a loading device configured to receive organic smoking material and facilitate the depositing of the smoking material into a container. The container includes a first end defining an opening sized to receive the organic smoking material, an opposite second end, and a lateral surface extending therebetween. The loading device comprises a loading funnel sized and configured to engage at least a portion of the opening of the container and a first arm extending from the loading funnel and configured to be adjacent to the lateral surface when the loading funnel engages the opening. The first arm includes a proximal end connected to the loading funnel and an opposite distal end. Additionally, the first arm includes a first surface and an outer second surface. Further, the loading device includes a second arm which extends from the first arm and is configured to releasably engage the second end of the container when the first arm is adjacent to the lateral surface. The second arm further includes a proximal end connected to the distal end of the first arm and an opposite distal end. The second arm may also include a first surface and an outer second surface.

The present invention advantageously provides a device and system for packaging, storing, and smoking an organic smoking material, and a method of using same. In one exemplary embodiment, the system includes a loading device configured to receive organic smoking material and facilitate the depositing of the smoking material into a container. The container includes a first end defining an opening sized to receive the organic smoking material, an opposite second end, and a lateral surface extending therebetween. Further, the loading device includes a second arm which extends from the first arm and is configured to releasably engage the second end of the container when the first arm is adjacent to the lateral surface. The second arm further includes a proximal end connected to the distal end of the first arm and an opposite distal end. The second arm may also include a first surface and an outer second surface.

A device and system for packaging, storing, and smoking an organic smoking material, and a method of using same. In one embodiment, the system includes a container that includes a housing defining a chamber, a first compartment within the chamber, the first compartment having a first depth, a second compartment within the chamber adjacent the first compartment, the second compartment having a second depth that is less than the first depth, and a lid configured to provide an airtight seal to at least the second compartment. In one embodiment, the system further includes a smoking device having a bowl portion with a sharpened free edge that can be used to simultaneously cut organic smoking material within the second compartment and load the cut organic smoking material into the bowl portion. The system may also include a loading funnel and a pushing device for inserting organic smoking material into the container.

An apparatus, system and method for capping an array of bat pipes. A cap rack is provided with a frame, runners and a matrix of caps. The matrix of caps are aligned respectively over the top open ends of array of bat pipes filled with smokable material. A press tool, having a matrix of pegs and ribs, is aligned over the matrix of caps. Downward pressure of the press tool is applied into the cap rack thereby pressing the matrix of caps into sealed engagement with respective top open ends of the bat pipes. The downward pressure of the ribs of the press tool into the cap rack separates the frame and runners of the cap rack from the matrix of caps leaving the matrix of caps seated in respective top open ends of the bat pipes leaving the array of bat pipes ready for sale, shipping or the like.

A mover, such as an auger, is located in the mover passageway for moving product from a storage chamber to the ignition chamber. The mover may be activated from outside the body. The body includes air passageway that connects the ignition chamber to an outside of the body for venting smoke. A cover is received in the opening for selectively covering the storage chamber and ignition chamber.
