The present invention provides an apparatus and method for speed filling of a containers, such as bat pipes, that reside in a shipping container. A filling tray includes holes that align with top open ends of the bat pipes. A frame on the filling tray aligns the top open ends of the bat pipes. Smokable plant matter is spread onto the top surface of the filling tray to introduce the smokable plant matter into the holes of the filling tray and further into the top open ends of the bat pipes. A press plate, with a matrix of corresponding pegs, is urged downwardly to compress smokable plant matter into the top open ends of each of the bat pipes. After being filling with smokable plant matter, the top open ends of the bat pies are sealed with caps.

The present invention relates to a forced-air smoking device, comprising: a hollow body, the hollow body operable to hold a smokable product, the hollow body comprising: a tip at one end and a forced-air input at an opposite end, and a holder disposed within the body, the holder adapted to hold an ignited smokable product, and a thumb hole, the thumb hole disposed between the forced-air input and the holder; and an air hose, the air hose coupled at a first end to the forced-air input and at a second end to a forced-air source, wherein, when the thumb hole is covered, the forced-air source forces air through the hose, into the body, over the smokable product and out the tip to produce a stream of smoke from the smokable product.

The present invention relates to a forced-air smoking device, comprising: a hollow body, the hollow body operable to hold a smokable product, the hollow body comprising: a tip at one end and a forced-air input at an opposite end, and a holder disposed within the body, the holder adapted to hold an ignited smokable product, and a thumb hole, the thumb hole disposed between the forced-air input and the holder; and an air hose, the air hose coupled at a first end to the forced-air input and at a second end to a forced-air source, wherein, when the thumb hole is covered, the forced-air source forces air through the hose, into the body, over the smokable product and out the tip to produce a stream of smoke from the smokable product.

A smoking pipe includes a bowl defining an interior chamber for holding a quantity of combustible substance. The bowl has an upper opening and optional lower opening. A stem extends from the bowl to define an interior airway with an opening proximate a distal end of the stem. The optional lower opening and interior airway are in gaseous communication with the interior chamber of the bowl. An example pipe has its bowl shaped to allow the pipe to be received in a bowl-stem of a waterpipe with the interior chamber of the bowl in gaseous communication with an airway of the bowl-stem via the lower opening of the bowl. Another example pipe has its upper and stem openings sealed to maintain freshness of pre-loaded cannabis. The pipe may be made of corncob and may be disposable. More broadly, a vessel for both storage of cannabis and consumption thereof is disclosed.

The present invention is a smoking device comprising a glass housing having forward and rear open end portions and an inner portion. The smoking device further comprises a mouthpiece engaged with the rear open end portion of the housing. The smoking device includes screen member that is movable along the inner surface of the housing in response to the application of a magnetic field thereto. The magnetic field may be created by a power source located on a spacer member along the exterior surface of the housing or a power source associated with the screen member along the inner surface of the housing. The application of the magnetic field causes the corresponding movement of a screen member in the interior of the housing in response to the application of a magnetic force.

The present invention is a smoking device comprising a glass housing having forward and rear open end portions and an inner portion. A smoking apparatus or water pipe comprised of one or more hollow or tubular section openings connected by a butt seal. The butt seal is formed by affixing a ring magnet to the exit opening of one section and affixing a second ring magnet the entrance opening of a second section. When the sections are joined, the ring magnets form a watertight and airtight seal between the two openings such that the need for a flange or other similar structure and or additional seal is unnecessary to maintain the integrity of the joint. A second embodiment employs interconnect assemblies inserted into select ends of the glass fixtures in order to seal thereto with gaskets/sealing rings and to provide a flush face within which is embedded a ring magnet for magnetically interconnecting adjacent glass members.

A smoking apparatus or water pipe comprised of one or more hollow or tubular section openings connected by a butt seal. The butt seal is formed by affixing a ring magnet to the exit opening of one section and affixing a second ring magnet the entrance opening of a second section. When the sections are joined, the ring magnets form a watertight and airtight seal between the two openings such that the need for a flange or other similar structure and or additional seal is unnecessary to maintain the integrity of the joint.
