A smoking pen device is disclosed. An example smoking pen device includes a stem having an inlet end and an outlet end. The example smoking pen device also includes a first end piece connecting to the inlet end of the stem, the first end piece configured to receive a coil heated by electric current to combust a smoking product in the first end piece. The example smoking pen device also includes a second end piece on the outlet end of the stem. A gas or vapor from combustion of the smoking product flows from the first end piece through the stem and out of the second end piece. In an example, the second end piece is a mouth piece. In another example, the second end piece is configured to fit into an inlet port on a water pipe.

A cigar shaped pipe, ideally made from premium materials such as briar, yet designed to be low cost to manufacture. The device uses a comparatively thin-walled combustion chamber, which both keeps material costs to a minimum, as well as an in-line reverse Calabash chamber to reduce the temperature and moisture of the smoke. In some embodiments, the pipe will further use an end cap, ether for pipe storage or during smoking. This optional end-cap will ideally be made of the same materials as the main pipe body, and thus will have similar thermal expansion properties, as well as having the same beneficial combustion chamber properties. This end cap may utilize O-rings or screw threads to hold the pipe's end cap onto position, thus enabling easy loading and cleaning.

A container for an organic smoking material includes a housing having a first end and a second end, the housing defining a first chamber and a second chamber, the first chamber adjacent to and separated from the second chamber, the housing defining a first opening providing access to the first chamber at the first end of the housing, and the housing defining a second opening providing access to the second chamber at the first end of the housing, the housing defining a recessed portion that includes a protuberance extending into the recessed portion.

There is provided a smoking article (10) comprising: a tobacco rod (12) comprising a charge (16) of tobacco material circumscribed by a wrapper (18); a filter (14) arranged downstream of the tobacco rod (12); and a hollow tube (20) defining an inner cavity (22) and attaching the filter (14) to the tobacco rod (12). An affixing portion (24) of the tobacco rod (12) is received within the inner cavity (22) and secured to the hollow tube (20) by means of a thermally deactivatable adhesive (26) provided on an outer surface of the wrapper (18) or on an inner surface of the hollow tube (20) or on both. Thus, upon deactivation of the adhesive, at least a portion of the tobacco rod (12) becomes slidable within the hollow tube (20) in relation to the filter (14).

There is provided a smoking article (10) comprising: a tobacco rod (12) comprising a charge (16) of tobacco material circumscribed by a wrapper (18); a filter (14) arranged downstream of the tobacco rod (12); and a hollow tube (20) defining an inner cavity (22) and attaching the filter (14) to the tobacco rod (12). An affixing portion (24) of the tobacco rod (12) is received within the inner cavity (22) and secured to the hollow tube (20) by means of a thermally deactivatable adhesive (26) provided on an outer surface of the wrapper (18) or on an inner surface of the hollow tube (20) or on both. Thus, upon deactivation of the adhesive, at least a portion of the tobacco rod (12) becomes slidable within the hollow tube (20) in relation to the filter (14).

A smoking pipe for smoking a tobacco product has an elongated pipe body with a passage therethrough a mouthpiece portion at the first end of the pipe body and a chamber formed in the second end of the pipe body opposite to the mouthpiece portion. A cartridge removably supported within the chamber receives the tobacco product therein. The cartridge can be slidably removed to allow the chamber to be cleaned and refilled simply by removing the cartridge and replacing the cartridge with a new, clean cartridge having fresh smoking product optionally already packed therein. The pipe body may be optionally formed in two body sections joined to one another by respective magnetic couplers at the abutted inner ends of the two body sections.

A smoking pipe for smoking a tobacco product has an elongated pipe body with a passage therethrough a mouthpiece portion at the first end of the pipe body and a chamber formed in the second end of the pipe body opposite to the mouthpiece portion. A device and system for packaging, storing, and smoking an organic smoking material, and a method of using same. In one embodiment, the system includes a container that includes a housing defining a chamber, a first compartment within the chamber, the first compartment having a first depth, a second compartment within the chamber adjacent the first compartment, the second compartment having a second depth that is less than the first depth, and a lid configured to provide an airtight seal to at least the second compartment. In one embodiment, the system further includes a smoking device having a bowl portion with a sharpened free edge that can be used to simultaneously cut organic smoking material within the second compartment and load the cut organic smoking material into the bowl portion. The system may also include a loading funnel and a pushing device for inserting organic smoking material into the container.
