Organic smoking material dispenser
A device and system for packaging, storing, and smoking an organic smoking material, and a method of using same. In one embodiment, the system includes a container that includes a housing defining a chamber, a first compartment within the chamber, the first compartment having a first depth, a second compartment within the chamber adjacent the first compartment, the second compartment having a second depth that is less than the first depth, and a lid configured to provide an airtight seal to at least the second compartment. In one embodiment, the system further includes a smoking device having a bowl portion with a sharpened free edge that can be used to simultaneously cut organic smoking material within the second compartment and load the cut organic smoking material into the bowl portion. The system may also include a loading funnel and a pushing device for inserting organic smoking material into the container.
DISPOSABLE VIAL FOR PACKING TOBACCO TO BE SMOKED WITH INDENT FOR WICK AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING
A vial for packing a substance to be smoked from the vial and method for making the vial. The vial includes a first chamber. A second chamber is in fluid connection with the first chamber separated from the first chamber by a neck portion having an inside diameter less than an inside diameter of the first chamber and the second chamber. A middle portion is in fluid connection with the second chamber extending from the second chamber to the third chamber. The third chamber is in fluid connection with the middle portion. The first, second and third chambers have inside and outside diameters which are substantially the same. The middle portion has an inside and outside diameter which is less than the inside and outside diameters of the first, second and third chambers.

APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CAPPING BAT PIPES
An apparatus, system and method for capping an array of bat pipes. A cap rack is provided with a frame, runners and a matrix of caps. The matrix of caps are aligned respectively over the top open ends of array of bat pipes filled with smokable material. A press tool, having a matrix of pegs and ribs, is aligned over the matrix of caps. Downward pressure of the press tool is applied into the cap rack thereby pressing the matrix of caps into sealed engagement with respective top open ends of the bat pipes. The downward pressure of the ribs of the press tool into the cap rack separates the frame and runners of the cap rack from the matrix of caps leaving the matrix of caps seated in respective top open ends of the bat pipes leaving the array of bat pipes ready for sale, shipping or the like.

Modular smoking device
Modular smoking devices that vaporize certain materials, such as tobacco or cannabis are disclosed. The technology provides for intelligent ignition, combustion, or vaporization of given material at the appropriate temperatures that prevent generation of harmful and unwanted byproducts. According to one embodiment, the modular smoking device comprises a self-contained combustion chamber to hold the material, a combustion mechanism integrated with the self-contained combustion chamber, and an energy source, such as a rechargeable battery, to power the combustion mechanism. The combustion mechanism is configured to provide targeted combustion of the material, where the active ingredients generated upon the combustion are consumed by inhaling a smoke or vapor resulting from the combustion or vaporization. The self-contained combustion chamber includes a lighterless combustion mechanism such as a piezoelectric lighter or a lighter sold under TESLA COIL LIGHTERS® that is designed to arc an electric discharge through the material in the self-contained combustion chamber.
