PORTABLE READING STAND
The present invention relates to a portable reading stand that not only serves as a reading stand for holding books, but also holds objects such as a portable electronic device such as a laptop and tablet, and can freely adjust the height and angle according to eye level of correct posture.
Reading book stand
A reading book stand mainly comprises a base plate (1) and a support plate (2) and a clamp (3). An intersecting line divides a length (L) of the base plate into two parts (L.sub.1) and (L.sub.2). A reading angle (A) is not less than 90 degrees. This is applicable for a book in which the vertical forward direction of text on pages having the text of the main text part is nearly perpendicular to the spine of the book and points toward the fore edge of the book that is nearly parallel to the spine of the book.
Adjustable surface expender
A surface extender device includes a first panel having a first front wall and a first rear wall, and a second panel having a second front wall and a second rear wall. The surface extender device also includes a first clamping mechanism mounted to the first front wall of the first panel and configured to secure the first panel to a surface, and a second clamping mechanism mounted to the second front wall of the second panel and configured to secure an object to the second panel. The surface extender device also includes a hinge that connects the first panel to the second panel such that the second panel is rotatable with respect to the first panel. The surface extender device further includes a locking mechanism configured to maintain the second panel at an angle with respect to the first panel.
Book stand with improved readability features and page turning capabilities
A device for turning pages in a book includes a main frame and a bottom support configured for engaging a bottom lip of a book's binder. The bottom support is hingedly connected to the main frame. A top support is configured for engaging a top lip of a book's binder. The top support is hingedly connected to the main frame. A kick stand extends from a back surface of the main frame for providing support to the device. A light is carried by the bottom support or top support for providing illumination of the book. A pair of blades extend from one of the bottom support or the top support for imparting movement of pages of the book to a subsequent page. An actuator imparts movement to the blades and the actuator is responsive to detecting a user's audible instruction to change a page.
SUPPORT APPARATUS AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A support apparatus includes: a first support member; a second support member rotatably connected to the first support member and capable of rotating within a first angle range starting from a position where the first support member is located; and a third support member rotatably connected to the second support member and capable of, after the second support member rotates to a maximum angle thereof, continuing to rotate in a direction in which the second support member rotates within a second angle range starting from a position where the second support member is located. The second angle range is greater than or equal to the first angle range.
Support system for a portable ultrasound machine
Embodiments provide for a support system for a portable ultrasound machine. In one example, the support system includes a carrier for an imaging display and a bracket for a beamformer, where the bracket mechanically couples to the carrier in a plurality of positions depending on a desired use of an operator of the portable ultrasound machine. In this way, operational aspects related to use of the portable ultrasound machine, and satisfaction of a user thereof, may be improved.
Apparatus, system, and method for positioning and powering devices
An apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus has an adjustable attachment assembly including at least one movable member, a body assembly that is movably attached to the adjustable attachment assembly, a movable assembly that is movably attached to the body assembly, a power storage disposed in at least one of the movable assembly and the body assembly, and a device stand assembly movably attached to the movable assembly. The adjustable attachment assembly is movable in a first direction relative to the body assembly. The movable assembly is movable in a second direction relative to the body assembly that is different from the first direction.
Book holder capable of holding books having various thicknesses
The present invention relates to a book holder capable of holding books having various thicknesses and, specifically, to a book holder capable of holding a thick book open, as is, without folding the pages thereof.
SUPPORT DEVICES FOR HOLDING ITEMS AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THE SAME
The disclosure is directed to support devices and methods of making and using the same. A support device of the disclosure may be provided to hold one or more items, such as an electronic device. The support device can include (a) a base assembly; (b) a stand assembly pivotally attached to the base by a hinge, and the stand assembly including a first rotation assembly; and (c) an engagement assembly that includes a second rotation assembly, and the second rotation assembly engaged with the first rotation assembly such that the engagement assembly is rotatably attached to and supported on the stand assembly; and (d) a removable platform assembly that is slidably and removably supported on the engagement assembly, and the removable platform assembly including an attachment element that is configured to attach to a user device.
MULTI-FUNCTIONAL CRADLE
A multi-functional cradle includes; a top plate that supports the item to be placed on one side; a bracket provided to protrude from a lower portion of one surface of the top plate to support a lower portion of the item; an auxiliary plate which is pulled out from the upper part of the upper plate and includes an auxiliary bracket for supporting another item to be placed; And a bottom plate unfolded to support the top plate at the rear surface of the top plate.
