Shelving bracket

A shelving system includes brackets attached to support posts to hold the shelves above a horizontal support surface, such as a ground or floor. The support posts have a plurality of spaced apart projecting pins extending from opposite sidewalls thereof. The brackets each have a flange that defines holes to receive respective ones of the projecting pins. Each bracket is further secured to a support post with a C-shaped locking clip having first and second arms with hook-shaped fingers that hook around respective pins on opposite sidewalls of the support post. One of the arms of the C-shaped locking clip holds the bracket flange against the inner sidewall of the support post and the hook-shaped finger of such arm mates with one of the pins received in one of the holes of the bracket.

A shelving system includes a plurality of horizontal support members, each horizontal support member having a length; a plurality of wall supports, each wall support including a first surface on which at least a portion of a horizontal support member rests; a plurality of brackets, each bracket attachable to the horizontal support members at different positions along the length of the horizontal support member; a plurality of vertical support members, each vertical support member coupled to at least one bracket; and a shelf attached to at least two of the plurality of vertical support members.

A cantilever shelving system is disclosed and can include a frame structure, a cantilever shelf support structure, and a plurality of load-bearing shelves that can be supported by the cantilever shelf support structure and the frame structure. The shelves can be positioned laterally adjacent to cantilever support arms of the cantilever shelf support structure, and the shelf support surfaces can be coplanar with upper walls of the cantilever support arms. Ends of laterally adjacent shelves do not overlap with a front side of a vertical support member to which the cantilever support arm is mounted. The cantilever shelving system can accommodate various user requirements and can be operably integrated with standard commercial and/or industrial equipment or machinery.

Hook assembly and shelving assembly using the same

The present application discloses a hook assembly, which is used to be connected to a densely gridded rack. The hook assembly of the present application comprises a main body and a top connecting portion, wherein the main body and the top connecting portion are fixedly connected, and the top connecting portion is configured to be detachably connected to the rack. The width of the top connecting portion is greater than the spacing between adjacent longitudinal metal wires. The top connecting portion is provided with a receiving groove, the receiving groove is provided along the length direction of the top connecting portion, and the receiving groove is configured to receive a longitudinal metal wire. The shelving assembly provided in the present application can be reliably connected to the densely gridded rack without reducing the width of a top plate, so as to avoid the interference of the longitudinal metal wires. Most of the sizes of the shelving assembly remain unchanged, so as to solve the technical problems existing in the prior art with minimal modification and cost. It is also possible to increase the width of the top connecting portion to further improve the load-bearing capacity of the shelving assembly.

A rollout cantilever arm for a modular cantilever rack system comprising a fixed horizontal member comprising two oppositely-facing fixed parallel load bearing surfaces, a roller mechanism and one or more interconnecting elements; and a mobile horizontal member partially encased in the fixed horizontal member. The fixed horizontal member comprises a roller-end engaged between the two load bearing surfaces and a load bearing surface supported by the roller mechanism. The interconnecting elements of the fixed horizontal member are configured for interconnecting two supporting vertical members of the modular cantilever rack system. Each of the support bars has a linear bottle supporting portion that is positioned, and that is at an acute angle, relative to the front surface such that at least two of the support bars can support a bottle while forcing the bottle against the front surface. The rack may be a label forward rack. Additionally, the various joints, grooves, and slots used to join the support bars to the panel may also be used to join any the support bars and panels of any suitable bottle rack.

A bottle rack includes a bottle-supporting assembly having an elongate portion and support bars connected to the elongate portion, with the support bars being spaced longitudinally along the elongate portion and suitable to support bottles therebetween; and a panel having support bar apertures suitable for the support bars of the bottle-supporting assembly to extend through. The bottle-supporting assembly is secured onto the panel with the support bars extending through the apertures of the panel and the support bars are suitable to support the bottles such that the bottles are substantially perpendicular to the support panel. The bottle supporting assembly may be supplied in the form of a kit.
