CONNECTION PIECE OF COLUMNS OF GOODS RACK
20250344850 · 2025-11-13 ·

A connection piece of columns of a goods rack, where the connection piece includes a connection body, the connection body has a bending structure matching the column, and anti-misplacement horizontal support plates facing toward a bending inner side and protruding along a direction perpendicular to the connection body are in a middle part of the connection body. A first column connection hole is at a lower part and an upper part of two bending sides of the connection body respectively. A second column connection hole matching the corresponding first column connection hole is on two bending sides of the column respectively. After both ends of the connection body are cooperated with two columns, ends of the two columns are respectively abutted against corresponding end faces of the corresponding anti-misplacement horizontal support plates. An expansion buckle is in the matching first column connection hole and second column connection hole.

TENSION BRACE FOR GOODS RACK

A tension brace for a goods rack includes a tension brace main plate. Tension brace connection plates connected with second vertical connection plates of corresponding transverse braces are symmetrically disposed at both ends of length direction of the tension brace main plate. The tension brace connection plates are detachably connected with the corresponding second vertical connection plates respectively. A tension brace top plate pressed on a top end of a horizontal plate is disposed on a top end of the tension brace main plate. A matching gap for avoiding a combination structure of the horizontal plate and an inclined plate is respectively disposed at both ends of length direction of the tension brace main plate. In the tension brace for the goods rack in the present disclosure, the tension brace is detachably connected between the corresponding transverse braces.

Modular cantilever arms for modular cantilever rack systems

A rollout cantilever arm for a modular cantilever rack system comprising a fixed horizontal member comprising two oppositely-facing fixed parallel load bearing surfaces, a roller mechanism and one or more interconnecting elements; and a mobile horizontal member partially encased in the fixed horizontal member. The fixed horizontal member comprises a roller-end engaged between the two load bearing surfaces and a load bearing surface supported by the roller mechanism. The interconnecting elements of the fixed horizontal member are configured for interconnecting two supporting vertical members of the modular cantilever rack system. The load-bearing surfaces extend perpendicularly between the two vertical members and the roller mechanism being located at an end distant from the two vertical members.

DETACHABLE SUPPORT RAIL FOR RACK AND RACK

A detachable support rail includes: a support rail body as well as a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion that are respectively disposed at two ends of the support rail body, where the first connecting portion includes a support plate and a snap plate; the support plate and the snap plate are coplanar; a first angle is defined between the support plate and the snap plate; the first angle is not equal to 180; the second connecting portion includes a first oblique surface and a second oblique surface; a second angle is defined between the first oblique surface and the second oblique surface; and the second angle is not equal to 180. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, by providing different connecting portions at the two ends of the support rail body, the support rail can be detachably disposed on the rack simply and easily.

Storage rack

A storage rack is provided. The storage rack includes a plurality of upright supports and a shelf support supported by each of the plurality of upright supports. The plurality of upright supports include a first upright support, a second upright support, a third upright support, and a fourth upright support each having an opening. The shelf support includes a shelf beam extending between the first and second upright supports. The shelf beam includes a body, a first tab, and a second tab. The first and second tabs each extend outwardly from an end of the body and are configured to engage the first upright support at opposing sides of the opening of the first upright support in order to detachably connect the shelf beam to the first upright support.

Shelving unit

Apparatus and associated methods relate to a vertical shelving unit with transverse support members (SMs) (e.g., rails) supporting bins by their corresponding lips. The vertical shelving unit may, for example, include multiple vertical posts (VPs) defining a three-dimensional space. The VPs may, for example, include a set of SMs coupled to the VPs on opposing sides of the space. The SMs may, for example, be used to couple to the VPs on opposing sides of the space. For example, when a bin is inserted between the opposing sides, a protruding lip of the bin may be supported by the uppermost surface of the SMs. SMs may, for example, be shaped to follow a curvilinear path protruding into the space. SMs may, for example, include an upper SM connected by a truss structure to a lower SM. Various embodiments may advantageously provide a modular shelving unit that individually suspends storage bins.
