TEMPERATURE-BASED STORAGE SYSTEM ORGANIZATION
Systems, apparatus, and methods are disclosed comprising receiving temperature information corresponding to a write temperature of at least one of multiple pages of non-volatile memory cells of a group of non-volatile memory cells, determining a statistical measure of temperature information for the group non-volatile memory cells using the received temperature information, and storing the determined statistical measure of temperature information for the group of non-volatile memory cells. The stored determined statistical measure of temperature information can be used to optimize or improve one or more storage system operations.

Provided is a sensor package in a refrigerator configured to provide information related to refrigerated food. The sensor package may include a body having a mark classified by a type of food allocated to the sensor package and indicating the type of food of a food to which the sensor package is coupled, a battery, an operation switch, a memory configured to store food information corresponding to the type of food corresponding to the mark, a sensor communication module that communicates with a display provided in the refrigerator, a sensing module that senses state information associated with the food, and a sensor control module that controls the sensor communication module to initiate communication between the sensor package and the display of the refrigerator based on the state information sensed by the sensing module.
Temperature-measurement probe
An apparatus, system and method for temperature measurement of a target site, such a human body site. The invention includes an intelligent temperature probe configured to physically contact a target site and to communicate with a host device, which can be implemented as a hand-held device or as a personal computer. The host device can compute, store and display an accurate predicted temperature, or an actual temperature at thermal equilibrium, of the target site for each of a plurality of different intelligent temperature probes that each have unique and varied operating characteristics. A set of unique operating characteristics for each temperature probe is represented by information communicated between each respective temperature probe and the host device.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MONITORING TEMPERATURE OR MOVEMENT OF MERCHANDISE
In some embodiments, apparatuses and methods are provided herein useful to monitoring temperature or movement of merchandise during and after transport of the merchandise. Some of these embodiments include systems for monitoring the temperature of merchandise items comprising: a temperature sensor disposed at or near one or more merchandise items; a control circuit operatively coupled to the temperature sensor, the control circuit configured to: read temperature measurements from the temperature sensor at predetermined time intervals; generate and encode a barcode with data representing a first temperature measurement; and update and encode the barcode with data representing the first temperature measurement and one or more subsequent temperature measurements; and an interface operatively coupled to the control circuit and configured to display the updated barcode.
Environmental data collection
One computer readable medium embodiment includes computer readable instructions stored thereon for execution by a device to perform a method of environmental data collection. The method can include receiving environmental data and associated time data. The method can also include aggregating time data into categories of environmental data within, above, and below a range. The method can further include outputting the aggregated and categorized time data.
Environmental sensing and communication
One apparatus embodiment includes an electronic assembly, equipped to sense one or more changes in an environmental condition. The assembly includes a logic circuit coupled to: one or more environmental sensors, memory that provides data storage, and a wireless communicator. The logic circuit is configured to perform time measurement, perform environmental measurement with the one or more environmental sensors, store time-stamped environmental data in the memory, and communicate with particular other electronic assemblies, equipped to sense one or more changes in an environmental condition, via the wireless communicator. The logic circuit is also coupled to a power source that provides power to at least one of the logic circuit and the wireless communicator.
TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT DEVICE AND QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM
A temperature measurement device 25A is a temperature measurement device 25A that includes a temperature sensor 25d and that is accommodated in a container 21 along with an article 23, and includes a temperature deviation determination unit 25h that determines whether a temperature of the article 23 in the container 21 having been detected by the temperature sensor 25d at a predetermined measurement interval has deviated from a reference temperature range, a control unit 25g that enables a temperature deviation flag when the number of times the temperature of the article 43 in the container 21 has consecutively deviated from the reference temperature range exceeds a reference number as a result of determination by the temperature deviation determination unit 25h, and a notification unit 25f that notifies a fact that the temperature deviation flag has been enabled by the control unit 25g.
TEMPERATURE EXCEPTION TRACKING IN A TEMPERATURE LOG FOR A MEMORY SYSTEM
Methods, systems, and devices for temperature exception tracking in a temperature log for a memory system are described. The memory system may store the temperature log separate from data to which the temperature information corresponds. For example, a memory device may store data in a relatively higher-level cell and the corresponding temperature information in a relatively lower-level cell. To perform a write operation, the memory system may determine a current temperature at which the data is being written or was written to a partition of a memory device and may indicate in the temperature log if the current temperature is entering a temperature range that is outside a threshold temperature (e.g., a nominal temperature). To perform a read operation, the memory system may determine if the data to read was written to the memory device outside the threshold temperature to determine whether to perform temperature compensation for the read operation.
