DIGITAL COOKING THERMOMETERS HAVING DYNAMO ASSEMBLIES INCORPORATED THEREIN FOR GENERATING ELECTRICAL POWER UTILIZED FOR OPERATING THE THERMOMETERS
A digital cooking thermometer includes a housing having a proximal end, a distal end, a printed circuit board disposed within the housing, and an electronic visual display in communication with the printed circuit board. The digital cooking thermometer has a dynamo assembly housing coupled with the distal end of the housing that is configured to rotate relative to the housing, and a dynamo assembly disposed within the dynamo assembly housing. The dynamo assembly is in communication with the printed circuit board and is configured to generate electrical current upon rotation of the dynamo assembly housing. A temperature probe is coupled with the dynamo assembly housing. The temperature probe includes a sensor for obtaining temperature readings. The temperature probe is moveable from a retracted position to an extended position for simultaneously rotating the dynamo assembly housing for generating the electrical current used for operating the digital cooking thermometer.
Sensor and Sensor Assemblies for a Thermometer
The invention is directed to embodiments of a temperature sensor for use with a temperature measuring device, for example a digital thermometer. The temperature sensor includes at least two and preferably three wires joined at a thermocouple. The temperature sensor is designed to be mounted on terminals of the digital thermometer sensor to allow precise temperature measurements for a thermal device, for example a soldering tool or de-soldering tool.
TEMPERATURE SENSOR, ARRAY SUBSTRATE AND DISPLAY DEVICE
Provided are a temperature sensor, an array substrate, and a display device. In the temperature sensor, a low-pass filter is disposed between a ring oscillator and a comparator, so that a square-wave signal output from the ring oscillator passes through the low-pass filter and a high-frequency component in the square-wave signal output from the ring oscillator is directly filtered out by the low-pass filter, thereby improving a signal-to-noise ratio of the ring oscillator and a test accuracy of the temperature sensor.
Gun Barrel Thermal Indicator
The inventive technology comprises a novel gun barrel thermal indicator system that incorporates one or more thermogenic compounds that may be coupled to a gun barrel and indicate the temperature of a gun barrel during and after use. Additional embodiments may comprise a digital gun barrel thermal indicator system that may be coupled to a gun barrel and digitally indicate the temperature of a gun barrel during and after use. This novel gun barrel thermal indicator system may indicate the temperature at which the gun barrel will cause burns, is unsafe to store, or if a pre-determined threshold temperature has been reached resulting in a loss of firing accuracy, as well as imminent and/or actual barrel failure.
Temperature exception tracking in a temperature log for a memory system
Methods, systems, and devices for temperature exception tracking in a temperature log for a memory system are described. The memory system may store the temperature log separate from data to which the temperature information corresponds. For example, a memory device may store data in a relatively higher-level cell and the corresponding temperature information in a relatively lower-level cell. To perform a write operation, the memory system may determine a current temperature at which the data is being written or was written to a partition of a memory device and may indicate in the temperature log if the current temperature is entering a temperature range that is outside a threshold temperature (e.g., a nominal temperature). To perform a read operation, the memory system may determine if the data to read was written to the memory device outside the threshold temperature to determine whether to perform temperature compensation for the read operation.
Temperature detection system, temperature detection device and charging device thereof
The present disclosure provides a temperature detection system arranged in a temperature detection device, and a charging device thereof. The temperature detection system includes a power supply, a Bluetooth chip configured to detect a temperature of an object to be measured, output detection pulses and including a thermistor module that is configured to detect an ambient temperature of the object to be measured to obtain an intermediate temperature value, and a pulse temperature sensor arranged around the Bluetooth chip. The Bluetooth chip is configured to receive the detection pulses, determine a final temperature value according to the intermediate temperature value and number of the detection pulses per unit time, and convert the final temperature value into Bluetooth signals to output. The present disclosure can ensure detection redundancy and improve detection accuracy, by providing two temperature detections to calculate the final temperature value according to a preset software program.
TEMPERATURE GAUGE DISPLAY AND A METHOD OF USING THE SAME TO DETERMINE WHEN A SATURATED STEAM TEMPERATURE FOR A GIVEN SATURATED STEAM PRESSURE IS IN THE UNACCEPTABLE SUBCOOLED RANGE
A temperature gauge display and a method of using the same to determine whether a saturated steam temperature is as it should be or if the saturated steam temperature is in the unacceptable subcooled range. The gauge display embodies a dial face providing a pointer movable along the dial face in the clockwise directions for indicating steam system temperature while an arcuate colored portion is located along a portion of the path of the pointer so that the pointer, the dial face, and the colored portion visually cooperate to indicate sufficient operation of the system being monitored, wherein the colored portion defines a subcooled range of saturated steam temperature for a specific saturated steam pressure.
Whisk and digital thermometer
The whisk and digital thermometer comprises a kitchen whisk capable of monitoring the temperature of the food that the whisk is in contact with. A temperature sensing probe extends downward from the handle of the whisk into the food and a temperature sensor within the probe may be read by electronics in the handle of the whisk. A display on the handle may report the temperature of the food. Embodiments may comprise a voice synthesis unit and sound transducer to allow the whisk to audibly report the monitored temperature. Embodiments may comprise a wireless transceiver that allows the whisk to report the monitored temperature to an earpiece worn by a cook at a remote location, such as at another kitchen work area.
Thermal leak detector
Embodiments are directed to thermal leak detection. An apparatus according to the embodiments has a hollow probe having a proximal and a distal end. A hollow insulated handle is attached to the proximal end of the hollow probe. A measurement head is attached to the distal end of the hollow probe. An electronic thermometer is electrically-connected to the measurement head.
