Hanging rack assemblies and methods of use
A hanging rack assembly may include a mounting rail having a mounting base. The mounting base has a first end, a second end, a first edge that extends between the first and the second end, and a second edge that extends between the first end and the second end, the mounting base having opposite faces that extend between the first end, the second end, the first edge, and the second edge; and a mounting lip, wherein the mounting base comprises one or more non-circular openings sized to receive an anchor for mounting the mounting rail to a surface. A method of installing a mounting rail may include mounting the mounting rail on a surface; drilling through one or more non-circular openings located on a mounting base of the mounting rail; and inserting an anchor into one or more of the non-circular openings and the surface in order to secure the mounting rail to the surface.
WELDLESS SUPPORT BEAM FOR RACK SHELVING
A shelving support member includes a unitary member of a bent sheet material and defining a support portion extending along an axis to a first end and a retention portion disposed at the first end of the support portion. The retention portion defines a base extending congruently with the support portion at least partially along the axis and to a first fold in the member. A reinforcement portion extends from the first fold along and in contact with the base. A first punched area is defined in an aligned manner through both the base and the reinforcement portion of the retention portion.

Storage Components for a Configurable Storage System
A storage system in which storage components are connected in a cantilevered fashion to vertical standard uses thin cantilevered brackets support storage components. Despite the tendency of such brackets to swing when attached to the vertical standard, the cantilevered brackets are constructed and support the storage components in a sturdy and aesthetically pleasing manner. A thin cantilevered bracket made from a single, flat piece of metal oriented vertically and projecting from a connection interface includes a ledge extending from its side surface below a top edge of the bracket to support one end of a shelf or other planar member forming a storage component. A thin cantilevered bracket with an offset projection that attaches to an inside surface of a side panel of an enclosure that allows the side panel to align with the bracket connection interface.

Coupling member and ready-to-assemble shelving that uses same
A coupling member (1) includes a pair of support members (11a, 11b) that are linked at one end so that an opening is formed at the opposite end, and the back sides thereof are situated opposite to each other, and a pair of engagement holes (12a, 12b) that are respectively formed in the support members (11a, 11b) in the thickness direction so as to extend from the back sides, and are situated opposite to each other, the outer side (a to d) of each of the support members (11a, 11b) forming a tapered surface that gradually slopes outward in the downward direction. An assembly shelf utilizes the coupling member (1). The assembly shelf utilizes an L-shaped angle, and is configured so that a shelf board member is not provided with a protrusion, a tool is unnecessary during assembly, and a middle shelf board can be removed conditionally.

Dual Side Post for Multiple Shelving Apparatus
A dual side post, which is arranged for a multiple shelving apparatus constructed by two or more shelving apparatus each including a plurality of shelf supporting beams and a plurality of cross members, includes a plurality of vertical posts. Each vertical post has an inner attachment surface, a plurality of attachment slots spacedly formed at the inner attachment surface, and a retention slot formed on the inner attachment surface for coupling with the cross member. The attachment slots are lined up in two columns that the retention slot is located between the two columns of the attachment slots. One of the vertical posts serves as a common post that the two columns of the attachment slots thereof are arranged for respectively coupling two of the shelf supporting beams at opposite directions so as to interconnect two or more shelving apparatus to form the multiple shelving apparatus.

Modular post assembly for a shelf storage rack
An angle bar includes two longitudinal angled plate portions, and a corner portion connecting therebetween. The corner portion has an inner corner surface bounding an inner corner space and an outer corner surface. A stopper protrudes into the indented corner space, and has an abutment face extending across the indented corner space. A limiter protrudes into the indented corner space from the inner corner surface, and has a through hole opening in a direction along a bending line of the corner portion. A modular post assembly has at least two angle bars abutting each other, and a fixing rod extending through the through holes of the bars along the bending line and limited between the stoppers for fixing together the bars.
