Devices and methods for measuring and processing conditions of containers

Device and Method for measuring and processing one or more conditions of a container. The device includes one or more microcontrollers, one or more temperature sensors, and one or more humidity sensors. The one or more temperature sensors are configured to measure one or more temperatures of a container, inside the container, or outside the container, generate one or more temperature signals associated with one or more temperature data representing the measured one or more temperatures, and output the one or more temperature signals to the one or more microcontrollers. The one or more humidity sensors are configured to measure one or more humidity levels outside the container, generate one or more humidity signals associated with one or more humidity data representing the measured one or more humidity levels, and output the one or more humidity signals to the one or more microcontrollers.

Time-temperature indicator

The present invention relates to a visual time-temperature indicator which comprises a first and a second element each comprising a hydrogel, wherein said first element further comprises at least one alkalinizing agent, and said second element comprising further at least one food colouring.

Three-phase emulsions used in a temperature condition indicator

Described herein are temperature condition indicators (e.g. freezing, threshold temperature, thermal history indicators, etc.) comprising three phase emulsions. Methods of forming and using these indicators, and products that include these indicators, are also disclosed.

System and method for automatic measurement and recording

A method and apparatus for automatically measuring and storing a various measured values of an item, or a sequence of measured values of one or more item(s) suitable for single-handed use by a user. In particular, the present invention relates to a mobile computing device with one or more sensors for determining when to measure and record a particular value of one or more items. The mobile computing device may automatically measure the values based on sensing a change in the temperature value or through using proximity as detected by one or more onboard sensors. Additionally, the mobile computing device may automatically measure the values based on coming within range of an external proximity device. In response to automatically measuring the values, the measured values are stored along with additional information for record keeping purposes.

Systems and methods for monitoring food temperatures

A system includes one or more memory units and a processor. The processor is configured to receive, from a food temperature probe, a first temperature associated with a first food item. The processor is further configured to receive, from the food temperature probe, a second temperature associated with a second food item. The processor is further configured to receive, from the food temperature probe, a third temperature that was measured by the food temperature probe after measuring the first temperature but before measuring the second temperature, the third temperature associated with a cleaning of the food temperature probe. The processor is further configured to send an alert for display on a user device when the third temperature is greater than the cleaning threshold temperature.

Image-based verification of checklist items

Disclosed are various embodiments for image-based verification of checklist items. In one embodiment, a user request is received to record a temperature reading of a food item using a handheld temperature sensor. In response to the user request, the temperature reading is received and an image of the handheld temperature sensor is captured. The image of the handheld temperature sensor is stored in association with the temperature reading.

WIRELESS TEMPERATURE SENSING SYSTEM
20250369806 · 2025-12-04 ·

A system for culinary temperature monitoring includes a wireless sensor device, a gateway device, and other network-connected components such as a server device. The sensor device measures the temperature of a food product and transmits temperature data via a sub-GHz communication protocol. The gateway device receives the temperature data and forwards it to a server device using a different network communication protocol, such as MQTT over Wi-Fi. The server device may process, store, or forward the data to a client device for display. The system supports dynamic sensor behavior, such as adjustable transmission intervals and configuration updates. This architecture facilitates long-range, low-power wireless transmission through cooking enclosures, and facilitates multi-sensor, multi-gateway, and real-time cloud-connected cooking environments.

TEMPERATURE INTEGRITY SENSOR

A temperature integrity sensor or more precisely a temperature continuity sensor of a product which needs to be kept at a temperature below its degradation temperature, is provided. The product includes a refrigerated or frozen edible product; a pharmaceutical product such as a vaccine, or an antibiotic; or a biological-medical product such as a sample of a body fluid or tissue, or an organ. The sensor is based on RFID technology, in particular passive RFID technology.

Apparatus and methods for hygiene monitoring in restaurants and grocery superstores

This disclosure describes methods and apparatus for hygiene monitoring in hospitals and drug stores. One sub-system use a combination of radio frequency tags attached to the staff, RF tag readers and infrared/proximity/motion/microphone/touch sensors installed over the faucet and dispenser to monitor if the staff wash their hands properly after going to the restroom. The forth sub-system automatically generate drug expiring label for opened drug container based on RF tag worn by the staff or attached to the container. The system generate and print the label whenever the staff gesture their RF tags in front of them and potentially scan the container bar code or select it from a drop-down menu on its touch screen. The last sub-system can also monitor the inventory of drug/medicine container in the refrigerator and provide a report or alert when they the time gets close to expiration date.
