Flexible Sensor Label System
A flexible sensor label including a reservoir chamber configured to store an activation medium. The flexible sensor label includes an irreversible chamber configured to store a first indicator medium. The first indicator medium is altered in response to the activation medium being released and the flexible sensor label being exposed to a first condition associated with the first indicator medium. The flexible sensor label includes a reversible chamber configured to store a second indicator medium. The second indicator medium is altered in response to the activation medium being released and the flexible sensor label being exposed to a second condition associated with the second indicator medium.

Some of these embodiments include systems for monitoring the temperature of merchandise items comprising: a temperature sensor disposed at or near one or more merchandise items; a control circuit operatively coupled to the temperature sensor, the control circuit configured to: read temperature measurements from the temperature sensor at predetermined time intervals; generate and encode a barcode with data representing a first temperature measurement; and update and encode the barcode with data representing the first temperature measurement and one or more subsequent temperature measurements; and an interface operatively coupled to the control circuit and configured to display the updated barcode.
Low cost container condition monitor
Low-cost techniques for sensing ambient temperatures in a container or package using phase change materials are provided. In one aspect, a temperature sensor is provided. The temperature sensor includes: at least one phase change material configured to transition from an amorphous state to a crystalline state upon exposure to temperatures above a predetermined threshold temperature for a given duration. A method of monitoring temperature exposure of a consumer good using the temperature sensor is also provided.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MONITORING CONDITION COMPLIANCE VIA RFID TAG
In some embodiments, systems, apparatuses, and methods are provided herein useful to monitoring condition compliance. In some embodiments, an RFID tag comprises a first chip and a second chip, an antenna, a switch, wherein the switch is configured to switchably connect the first chip and the second chip to the antenna based on occurrence of a condition, a memory device, and a control circuit configured to write, in response to a connection between the first chip and the antenna, a first marker and an indication of a first state to the memory device, write, in response to a connection between the second chip and the antenna, a second marker and an indication of a second state to the memory device, determine an amount of time in which compliance was not met, and transmit, to an RFID reader, an indication of the amount of time in which compliance was not met.
In-Situ Generation of Nucleating Agents for Indicating Devices
A nucleating agent composition, a method of forming the nucleating agent and a device comprising the nucleating agent composition are provided. The nucleating agent comprises a nucleating agent comprises silver halide salt with an average particle size of at least 10 nanometer to no more than 100 microns in a polymeric matrix wherein the polymeric matrix has a viscosity of at least 500 cP to no more than 50,000 cP.
Automated temperature logging and predictive alerting system with timed logs
Disclosed are various embodiments for an automated temperature logging and predictive alerting system for monitoring items that are being cooled or heated. In one embodiment, a predictive logging application may compare a predicted temperature curve of an item to a predefined slope to predict whether or not the item will meet a target threshold. The target threshold may be a target temperature or duration rule that can be aggregated discontinuously over a single day or multiple days. If the projected temperature curve is predicted to not meet the target threshold, the logging application may send alerts notifying a client of available corrective actions. In projecting the predicted slope, the predictive logging application may train machine learning models to analyze historical data associated with the item and the user.

TEMPERATURE ENVIRONMENTAL SENSORS ON PALLET
Described in detail herein is a system for the detection and notification of abnormal pallet temperature fluctuation. An exemplary system includes a pallet, an ambient air temperature sensor, an item temperature sensor, an indicator light, and an electronic device. The electronic device receives temperature readings from both the ambient air temperature sensor and the item temperature sensor and compares the temperature readings against a known set of temperature thresholds corresponding to the items on the pallet. Following a determination of an unacceptable variation from a threshold, the electronic device may provide a notification through the indicator light. The notification may correspond to the criticality of the threshold passed.
System, method, and apparatus for temperature monitoring and visibility
The present invention relates to a system, method, and apparatus for monitoring temperatures of food products. The system includes a temperature sensor and at least one server computer. The temperature sensor includes at least one processor, a sensor probe adapted for insertion in a food product, and a wireless transmitter, where the temperature sensor programmed or configured to sense temperature data for the food product, and wirelessly transmit the temperature data. The at least one server computer is programmed or configured to receive the temperature data wirelessly transmitted by the temperature sensor, and generate at least one user interface based at least partially on the temperature data.
