The present disclosure relates to temperature detection equipment and in particular to a wireless detecting thermometer for barbecue, which comprises a host and a temperature probe, wherein the host is provided with a storage slot and a control circuit board integrated with a Bluetooth adapter, a central processing unit and a digital display; the temperature probe comprises a metal casing, a temperature-sensing resistor and a temperature measuring chip; the temperature measuring chip is connected to a Bluetooth transceiver signally communicated with the Bluetooth adapter in the host. A Bluetooth protocol is applied for data transmission to get rid of a data cable, so that the temperature probe can be put into an oven, thus to improve the convenience of the product. Besides, the temperature data and the power data are shown on the digital display, which is convenient to observe, and the temperature detection is convenient.
Cooking aid with a floatable, hermetically sealed body
An electronic device and a system are to be provided in order to allow, at any time, monitoring of a cooking state (as a system state) of a product cooked preferably in a liquid. This is achieved by means of a hermetically sealed body with an electronic arrangement accommodated in the body. The arrangement comprises an electronic assembly (10) with a model-forming arithmetic unit (11) and a temperature sensor (20) adapted and arranged to measure an ambient temperature of the body. In addition, an electric power source (30) and a radio interface (50) with an antenna (52) are provided, the model-forming arithmetic unit simulating a model of a cooking behavior of a foodstuff to be cooked. Information on the current cooking state of the foodstuff is transmitted from the transmission unit (52) to a receiver (a smart device) spaced apart from the hermetically sealed body.

The apparatus comprises a case, a magnetic member which is provided at a bottom surface of the case and attaches the case to the outer surface of the cooking vessel by forming an attractive force with respect to the outer surface of the cooking vessel, first and second temperature sensors which are disposed at the bottom surface of the case while being spaced a predetermined distance apart from each other in the vertical direction, and measure temperatures of two measurement points located at the outer surface of the cooking vessel and spaced the predetermined distance apart from each other in the vertical direction, respectively and a controller which is provided in the case and estimates the temperature of the food based on an average value of the temperatures measured respectively by the first and second temperature sensors and a desired temperature value provided by a user.
Charcoal grill system and method for managing temperature within the same charcoal grill system
A method for managing temperature within a charcoal grill system includes: receiving a target grill temperature for a cooking chamber within the charcoal grill system; in response to receiving an ignition trigger, entering an ignition mode; during the ignition mode, activating an igniter within the charcoal grill system to ignite a charcoal cartridge arranged in a cartridge chamber within the charcoal grill system and activating a stoke fan coupled to the cartridge chamber to accelerate combustion of the charcoal cartridge; monitoring a temperature inside the charcoal grill system; in response to the temperature inside the charcoal grill system exceeding an ignition temperature, entering a temperature management mode; and during the temperature management mode, selectively activating the stoke fan and the cooling fan to maintain the cooking chamber at approximately the target grill temperature.
COOKING APPARATUS AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
A cooking apparatus includes a cooking chamber in which a food material is to be placed, a heating portion configured to heat an inside of the cooking chamber, a temperature sensor disposed inside the cooking chamber to detect a temperature of the food material, and a processor. The processor is configured to determine conditions including a target rate of an internal temperature rise of the food material and a target reach internal temperature of the food material, based on a type and a size of the food material, and to adjust an output of the heating portion based on the conditions and an internal temperature of the food material determined based on the temperature of the food material detected by the temperature sensor.

A temperature sensing assembly for a milk frothing apparatus. The assembly including: a temperature sensor element and a resilient support element that receives and biases the temperature sensor element towards thermal communication with the underside of a vessel; wherein the assembly is located towards the end of a protruding portion that extends from the body of the a milk frothing apparatus; and wherein an upper surface of the temperature sensor assembly is adapted to promote liquid movement into a drip tray reservoir. The apparatus may include: a steam source; an air source coupled to an air injector module for mixing the air and steam; a user interface for receiving input from a user; and wherein the apparatus is configurable by receiving input parameters through the user interface, whereby the parameters includes final milk temperature, and an indication of froth amount.
Temperature sensing devices and wireless communication improvements for cooking appliances
A temperature sensing device includes a temperature sensor to measure a temperature of a cooking chamber of a cooking appliance. A housing of the temperature sensing device is configured to be mounted on the cooking appliance. A Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) inside the housing is coupled to the temperature sensor, and an insulating layer is located outside an interior wall of the housing. In one aspect, an antenna is coupled to the PCBA to wirelessly transmit data from the temperature sensing device indicating the measured temperature. In another aspect, the temperature sensing device includes a temperature gauge with a needle to indicate the measured temperature, and a motor inside the housing to actuate the needle. According to another aspect, the temperature sensing device is a wireless signal repeater including an exterior antenna and an interior antenna to transmit signals through a wall of the cooking appliance.
Remote cooking systems and methods
A remote temperature monitoring system includes a first unit operatively connected to one or more temperature sensors for sensing the temperature of one or more materials or food items being cooked or heated. The first unit transmits the sensed temperature to a second unit that is located remotely from the first unit during heating. The second unit is programmable with the desired temperature and/or heating parameters of the item. By monitoring the temperature status of the item over time, the system determines when the food has reached the desired temperature or degree of cooking, and notifies the user.
TEMPERATURE PROBE SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Temperature probe systems and methods include a probe body having a sharp end adapted to penetrate an edible substance, a plurality of temperature sensing elements distributed along a length of the probe body, electrical components operable to receive data signals from the plurality of temperature sensing elements, the electrical components disposed in the probe body between the sharp end and at least one of the temperature sensing elements, and an insertion aid. The electrical components may include wireless components to facilitate communications with a host cooking appliance, and the temperature sensing elements may be used to measure temperature and communicate the temperature measurements via the wireless components to the host cooking appliance. The insertion aid, the probe body, and the temperature sensing elements may include one or more heat resistant materials.
