PRECISION BAKING SYSTEM
A precision baking system includes a baking vessel that defines a vertical direction. The baking vessel includes a base wall and at least one sidewall. An aperture is formed in one of the base wall and the sidewall. The precision baking system also includes a temperature probe. The temperature probe includes a tip and a temperature sensor within the tip. The temperature probe is sized to extend through the aperture such that the tip of the temperature probe is spaced from the base wall and the sidewall of the baking vessel when the temperature probe is fully inserted into the baking vessel through the aperture.
SENSOR AND CONTROL SYSTEMS FOR FOOD PREPARATION
A temperature-regulating unit includes a base, a thermal element, a contactless sensing assembly, and a controller. The base is configured to support at least one of a pan or a food product. The thermal element is positioned to thermally regulate the at least one of the pan or the food product. The contactless sensing assembly is positioned to acquire sensor data regarding the at least one of the pan or the food product. The controller is configured to receive the sensor data from the contactless sensing assembly and adaptively control the thermal element based on the sensor data.
Bottle Popper with Pivoting Handle
A bottle opener apparatus comprises a bottle rest configured to rest on a portion of a bottle placed within the bottle opener, a lower body collar attached to the bottle rest, an upper body collar slidably connected to the lower body collar, one or more levers attached to the upper body collar and to the lower body collar, the one or more levers configured to remove a bottle cap from the bottle and eject the bottle cap into the air when the upper collar slides relative to the inner collar in an ejection movement, one or more sensors configured to collect data when the bottle is placed within the inner collar, and a transmitter configured to transmit the collected data to an external receiver.
Low cost container condition monitor
Low-cost techniques for sensing ambient temperatures in a container or package using phase change materials are provided. In one aspect, a temperature sensor is provided. The temperature sensor includes: at least one phase change material configured to transition from an amorphous state to a crystalline state upon exposure to temperatures above a predetermined threshold temperature for a given duration. A method of monitoring temperature exposure of a consumer good using the temperature sensor is also provided.
Method for Estimating a Time-Variable Measurement Variable of a System
The invention relates to a method (100) for estimating (150) a temporally variable measurement variable of a system, in particular a temperature in a vessel (24), preferably in a food processor (10) for the at least partially automatic preparation of food, wherein at least one measurement information (210.1) is determined by means of a measurement (130), which measurement information differs, at least depending on at least one system parameter (230), from the true value of the measurement variable.
LIQUID CONTAINER AND LIQUID CONTAINER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A liquid container having improved convenience while considering sanitation is described. The liquid container includes a first temperature sensor to measure a temperature around the inside of the liquid container while not contacting a liquid inside a container body, a second temperature sensor which measures a temperature of an environment provided with the liquid container while not contacting the liquid inside the liquid container body, and a calculation processing unit to estimate a liquid temperature inside the liquid container on the basis of the temperature around the inside of the liquid container measured by the first temperature sensor and the temperature of the environment measured by the second temperature sensor.
LIQUID CONTAINER AND LIQUID CONTAINER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A liquid container having improved convenience while considering sanitation is described. The liquid container inclines and discharges a liquid from the liquid container. The liquid container includes an inclination angle measurement unit to measure an inclination angle of the liquid container and a calculation processing unit which estimates a liquid amount inside the liquid container on the basis of the inclination angle measured during a liquid discharge operation.
WIRELESSLY COMMUNICATING BEVERAGE PROBE
A disclosed bottle opener includes a probe and a temperature sensor circuit coupled to the probe. The temperature sensor circuit is configured to measure a temperature of contents of a bottle. The bottle opener includes a corkscrew coupled to the body and configured to remove a stopper from the bottle. The bottle opener includes a communication circuit configured and arranged to wirelessly communicate with an external electronic device. The bottle opener includes a power circuit configured and arranged to supply power to the communication circuit, and the temperature sensor circuit.

Telemetric digital thermometer with GPS tracking
A telemetric digital thermometer for use with a fluid transport container having internal and external shells. The telemetric digital thermometer includes a mount having a peripheral flange and a support collar, with the peripheral flange being connectable to the external shell. A temperature sensor sense a temperature of the internal shell. A thermometer insert may include an outer collar engageable with the peripheral flange, and an inner body engageable with the support collar. A GPS module may detect position of the thermometer insert. A wireless transceiver may transmit a signal including temperature data and position data. The thermometer insert and the mount may be collectively sized and structured such that the GPS module and the wireless transceiver are positioned radially outward of the external shell when the thermometer insert is connected to the mount and the mount is connected to the external shell.
