The sidewall of the cylindrical body member includes a bowl and a carburetor. Removable covers are attached to the sidewall of the cylindrical body member and cover both the bowl and the carburetor. After consuming the liquid inside the container, and when ready to smoke, the user simply removes the cover, places his smoking substance on the screen, heats up the smoking substance, and inhales by placing his mouth at the pre-cut opening.
