Force Sensor, in Particular Suitable for an Electrohydraulic Hitch Control System of an Agricultural Tractor
A force sensor is suitable for an electrohydraulic hitch control system of an agricultural tractor. The force sensor has an outer cylindrical part with a bore and a measuring rod fixed on one side in the bore. A central section of the cylindrical part is provided as force introduction section. Two outer sections of the cylinder part are removed equally far axially from the center of the force introduction section and are provided as abutment sections. The measuring rod is clamped in an area of the force introduction section.
Sensing device for electromechanical brake
Disclosed is a sensing device for an electromechanical brake, including: a power part configured to generate an operation force for braking when power is applied thereto; a housing positioned on the power part; a pressurized part positioned on the housing and pressurized by a reaction force caused by driving of the power part; and a sensing part connected to the housing and configured to sense a pressing force by the pressurized part.
CLAM-SHELL BALL ASSEMBLY FOR A TRAILER HITCH
A hitch ball assembly for a trailer hitch. The hitch ball assembly includes a clam-shaped body having a plurality of hinged segments operable between an open position and a closed position. Each of the plurality of hinged segments includes a concave inner surface that collectively form a ball shaped-cavity configured to enclose a smaller-diameter hitch ball. Each of the hinged segments further includes an outer surface that collectively form a larger-diameter hitch ball configured to engage a trailer tongue when the hinged segments are operated to the closed position.
Force sensing device for outputting a signal
A force sensing device generates an output signal containing information usable for determining a magnitude and a direction of a force acting on a coupling. The coupling has a hook and a linking element linking the hook to a connection flange. The linking element is linked to the hook and the connection flange by at least two pins. Each pin comprises a torque sensor. The linking element is arranged at an angle with respect to the hook such that independent of the angle of the slope between an imaginary horizontal plane and the longitudinal axis of the connection flange, the linking element does not reach a position, in which the two pins are arranged one above the other in a vertical direction relative to a longitudinal axis of the connection flange.
Ball mount for measuring tongue weight of a trailer
A ball mount for measuring tongue weight of a trailer is disclosed. The ball mount can include a ball portion having a hitch ball configured to couple with a tongue of a trailer. The ball mount can also include a hitch portion for interfacing with a hitch receiver associated with a vehicle. In addition, the ball mount can include a load measurement device associated with the ball portion to determine a magnitude of a downward force on the hitch ball. The load measurement device can include a reservoir having a fluid and a piston disposed therein, and a pressure sensor in fluid communication with the reservoir. The hitch ball can be configured to exert a force on the piston, thereby affecting a pressure of the fluid in response to the downward force on the hitch ball.
Traction-battery vehicle test trailer
A trailer for a vehicle with a high voltage traction-battery. The trailer may be a self-propelled trailer to substantially match vehicle dynamics and minimize impact on the vehicle. Alternatively, the trailer may push the vehicle to simulate hill descent, or drag on the vehicle to simulate hill ascent. The trailer may provide power for the vehicle. The trailer may provide current to a vehicle electric machine. The trailer may also provide current to recharge a vehicle traction-battery. The trailer may also recharge its own traction-battery.
BALL ASSEMBLY FOR MEASURING TONGUE WEIGHT OF A TRAILER
A ball assembly for attachment to a ball mount is described. The ball assembly can include a ball post that is securable to a ball mount. A hitch ball is slidably coupled to the ball post at a ball end of the ball post. A load gauge is disposed at the gauge end of the ball post. A load transfer element is operably associated with both the hitch ball and the load gauge so as to cause a load measurement to display on the load gauge based upon a load applied to the hitch ball.
Device for measuring the chain force in a bicycle
The present invention relates to a device for measuring the force present in the drive chain of an electric bicycle that basically comprises a metal plate (1) with an axle area for being attached to one end of the wheel axle (2) to receive the force F1 applied to the bicycle's frame by said wheel axle (2) in the longitudinal axis of the bicycle and a frame area for being to the bicycle frame were said frame area comprises tapped holes (3) to be attached to the bicycle frame, at least a force sensor (4), an adjusting screw (5) to adjust said force sensor (4), an elastic overload protection element (6), such as an helical spring, designated to maintain the sensor (4) within a secure load range for protecting it from overloads, and a system of transmission for receiving the horizontal force component F1 and transmitting a proportional elastic reaction force to the force sensor (4).
