Cantilever shelving system
A cantilever shelving system is disclosed and can include a frame structure, a cantilever shelf support structure, and a plurality of load-bearing shelves that can be supported by the cantilever shelf support structure and the frame structure. The shelves can be positioned laterally adjacent to cantilever support arms of the cantilever shelf support structure, and the shelf support surfaces can be coplanar with upper walls of the cantilever support arms. Ends of laterally adjacent shelves do not overlap with a front side of a vertical support member to which the cantilever support arm is mounted. The cantilever shelving system can accommodate various user requirements and can be operably integrated with standard commercial and/or industrial equipment or machinery.
BRACKET MOUNTING STRUCTURE
A bracket mounting structure includes a bracket, a base, a connecting member, an elastic member, and a mounting member. The bracket includes a longitudinal wall. The base is arranged adjacent to the longitudinal wall and includes a first space and a second space. The connecting member is mounted in the first space and includes a first portion, a second portion, and a through hole arranged in the first portion and the second portion. At least one of the first portion and the second portion has a screw thread feature. The elastic member is received in the first space and is configured to apply an elastic force to the connecting member. The mounting member is mounted in the second space.
BRACKET DEVICE
A bracket device includes a bracket and a connecting member. The bracket includes a longitudinal wall with an end portion. The connecting member can arrive at either of a first position and a second position with respect to the longitudinal wall and includes a connecting feature for connecting with a fixing member. The connecting member is away from the end portion of the longitudinal wall of the bracket when at the first position, and is close to the end portion of the longitudinal wall of the bracket when at the second position.
SHELVING UNIT WITH CAPACITY INCREASING SHELVING
A shelving unit is disclosed and includes a plurality of posts, a plurality of shelf-supporting beams attached to the plurality of posts to form a shelf support frame, and a shelf. The shelf has a plurality of sides seated on the shelf support frame. The plurality of the sides of the shelf includes a depending flange. At least one of the depending flanges extends downwardly along a respective shelf-supporting beam between about 30% and about 100% of the width of the shelf-supporting beam. Another shelf unit is further disclosed where the shelves include a color that corresponds to a color-coded system for organizing the storage of items on the shelving unit. A method of organizing a shelving unit utilizing the color-coded shelf system is also disclosed.
Shelving system
A shelving system includes a plurality of horizontal support members, each horizontal support member having a length; a plurality of wall supports, each wall support including a first surface on which at least a portion of a horizontal support member rests; a plurality of brackets, each bracket attachable to the horizontal support members at different positions along the length of the horizontal support member; a plurality of vertical support members, each vertical support member coupled to at least one bracket; and a shelf attached to at least two of the plurality of vertical support members.
System, method, and apparatus for installing and modifying pallet rack beam shelving
A system, method, and apparatus for installing or modifying the configuration of a pallet rack beam shelving system. A pallet rack assembly tool includes a mounting stub that is configured to be positioned below a cross member of a pallet rack system. A beam carrier is then operatively coupled to the mounting stub to place an upper support surface subjacent to a bottom edge of the cross member. The beam carrier includes upstanding beam stop extending forwardly from and above the upper support surface. The beam stop is configured to retain a released end of the cross member while the worker may attach or detach an opposite end of the cross member to or from the upright support member.
HOLLOW POSITIONING NUT STRUCTURE OF SLIDE RAIL BRACKET
A hollow positioning nut structure of a slide rail bracket is provided. The hollow positioning nut includes: a tubular pillar piece, a resisting piece, a spiral portion, and a convex portion. When the hollow positioning nut is combined with a stud and rotates toward a side, the resisting piece resists and positions a wall surface, such that the stud clockwise rotates and the hollow positioning nut fits to perforations of a variety of cabinet pillars.
Connector apparatus
A connector component for use with a storage unit is provided. The connector component is configured to fit around and engage a frame support member of the storage unit and to receive and attach to an end portion of a shelving component used with the storage unit. The connector component can include a sidewall having two opposing ends. The sidewall can be configured in the form of a loop that forms an opening extending through the connector component, where the opening is configured to receive the frame support member of the storage unit. The connector component can further include a slot defined between the two opposing ends to allow the connector component to receive the frame support member. Each opposing end of the sidewall can include a channel extending along the height of the sidewall in order to receive and engage the end portion of the shelving component.
