Adjustable shelving system

A shelving system having a top, bottom and intermediate shelves mounted on vertical supports. The intermediate shelves are mounted on adjustable brackets that permit individual removal of the intermediate shelves without disturbing the top and bottom shelves. The adjustable brackets comprise at one end a pin that is adapted to be inserted into a series of apertures formed along the length of each support. Opposite the pin, a mounting member is sized and shaped to receive a corner of each shelf. A stop is formed on the bracket between the pins and mounting member.

GRID STRUCTURE OF STORAGE RACK

Disclosed is a grid structure of a storage rack, and the storage rack has four corner pillars vertically disposed at four corner of the storage rack and edge frames coupled with each other to form a rectangular frame space, and at least one grid disposed in the frame space, and the edge frames and the grid are combined to form a carrying plane for carrying heavy objects, and the grid is formed by first wires and second wires staggered with one another, and the second wires are coupled to the bottom of the first wires. Each second wire has a sectional shape corresponsive to a positive force direction of the carrying plane and in a flat elliptical shape and an aspect ratio falling within a range of 1.5:13.5:1. Therefore, the supporting effect while carrying heavy objects can be improved without increasing the weight of materials.

Storage platform

A suspended storage platform includes a frame having a pair of side rails and a pair of end rails. Each of the side rails and the end rails include an upper lip, a plurality of hangers configured for mounting to an elevated support, and a plurality of suspension members each having a portion mountable to one of the hangers and a portion mountable to one of the side rails and one of the end rails at intersections of the side rails and the end rails. The platform includes a plurality of blow molded shelf panels. Each shelf panel has an upper surface and an opposite lower surface, with the lower surface of each of the shelf panels including a length channel and a width channel formed in the bottom surface adjacent lower peripheral edges of the bottom surface. The length and width channels of the shelf panels seat onto the lips of the side rails and the end rails to provide a snug interference fit with the frame and one another to provide a shelf surface that resists movement during use of the platform once the shelf panels are installed. The shelf panels are configured to be installed onto the frame or removed from the frame without the use of tools.

SHELVING UNITS UTILIZING HYBRID CONNECTION SYSTEM

A shelving assembly employing a hybrid connection system using both threaded and non-threaded fasteners, designed to provide shelving that is both relatively strong and durable, while also being capable of relatively rapid assembly and disassembly.

Retainer for a manifold

A retainer for securing a manifold can include an aperture that can be positioned adjacent to a retention portion of a keyhole slot in a mounting structure. The retainer can be flexed away from the mounting structure when a mounting protrusion on the manifold extends through a receiving portion of the keyhole slot. The retainer can resiliently move toward the mounting structure when the mounting protrusion is moved into the retention portion of the keyhole slot to capture the mounting protrusion within the retention portion of the keyhole slot.

Screw-less and no rivet combined type shelf

A screw-less and no rivet combined type shelf includes post components, storage layers and connecting components. Each of the post components includes four plates, trapezoidal holes and at least one bent plate. The four plates are connected together. The trapezoidal holes are disposed at one of the four plates. The bent plate is bent into one corresponding trapezoidal hole. Each of the connecting components is disposed to one corresponding storage layer. The connecting components are to assemble the storage layers within the post components. Each of the connecting components includes at least one hook piece as a slope piece. When the hook piece is inserted into the corresponding trapezoidal hole in an upright assembly direction, the hook piece is buckled in the corresponding trapezoidal hole.
