BLOOD-PRESSURE GAUGE AND METHOD FOR MEASURING BLOOD PRESSURE
A blood-pressure gauge includes: an opening valve connected to a sensing cuff and being in an open state with being conducted to outside air or a closed state with not being conducted to the outside air; a pressure cuff controller controlling the pressure cuff to a compression state with fluid supply to the pressure cuff and a measurement site being compressed via the pressure cuff or a release state with the fluid discharging from the pressure cuff and compression releasing via the pressure cuff; an opening valve controller controlling the opening valve to the open state or the closed state; and a blood pressure calculator calculating a blood pressure from a pressure change of the sensing cuff at the closed state of the opening valve. The sensing cuff has restorability to make a volume in the sensing cuff a predetermined volume when the opening valve is in the open state.
MONITORING SYSTEM FOR THERMOPLASTIC MASK USING PRESSURE SENSOR
The present invention relates to a thermoplastic mask monitoring system using a pressure sensor. Specifically, a thermoplastic mask according to the present invention may include: a mask having a shape determined according to a shape of a first region which is at least a part of a patient's body by using thermoplasticity, fixing the first region in close contact with the first region, and receiving radiation; and a pressure sensor provided between the mask and the first region and sensing pressure induced by a space generated between the mask and the first region.
DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE TRANSDUCER
A differential pressure transducer is provided, having a tubular housing disposed between first and second connection elements. The housing includes an inflow section, a diffuser section, a constrictor section and an outflow section. The inflow section and the outflow section each have a flow cross-section with a first inner diameter. In the direction of fluid flow, the diffuser section has an inner diameter that continuously increases up to a second inner diameter, while the constrictor section has an inner diameter that continuously decreases down to the first inner diameter. An equalization tube is connected between the first connection element and the inflow section of the housing. A quotient of an inner length and an inner diameter of the equalization tube is at least 2.5. A plurality of openings extend through the housing and are fitted with coupling elements for connection to impulse lines or sensors.
Universal pressure transducer mounting device
A pressure transducer mounting device may include a support member and a pressure transducer holder. In use, the support member may attach to a support surface, such as a housing of a power injection device, while the pressure transducer holder is moveably connected to the support member. The pressure transducer holder may expand open to receive one of a plurality of different sized pressure transducers and bias closed to hold a received one of the plurality of different sized pressure transducers. In addition, the pressure transducer holder may move relative to the support member to one of a plurality of different vertically elevated positions. The pressure transducer mounting device may accommodate different pressure transducers, providing a universal mounting device that can adapt to different medical provider preferences and different pressure transducer sourcing options.
Annular fluidic system with compass function
An annular fluidic device includes a closed annular tube, wherein the tube includes at least one portion of transparent wall and contains a rigid torus bathed in a fluid filling the internal volume of the tube, in that the torus is arranged to be movable in the tube, and wherein at least one permanently polarised magnetic element integral with the torus allows it to undergo a moment of force causing it to be aligned in the direction of the external magnetic vector. A watch case can include this device.
PRESSURE DETECTION MODULE AND PRESSURE SENSOR
A pressure detection module includes a pressure joint. A force sensitive component of the module is connected to one end of the pressure joint. A strain gauge in attached to a surface of the force sensitive component. An electrical connector of the module has a seat and a pin that passes therethrough. An electrical connection board electrically connects the pin to the strain gauge. An end cap of the module includes a peripheral wall, an end wall, and an opening opposite to the end wall, the force sensitive component and the electrical connection board are accommodated in an inner cavity thereof. One end of the pressure joint is welded to the open end of the end cap. A socket is formed in the end wall of the end cap, and the seat is inserted into the socket and welded to the end wall.
