PRESSURE SENSOR
A pressure sensor includes a housing, an isolator positioned at a first end of the housing, and a first cavity formed between the first end of the housing and the isolator. The pressure sensor further includes a second cavity formed in the housing and a channel with a first end fluidly connected to the first cavity and a second end fluidly coupled to the second cavity. A pressure sensor chip is positioned in the second cavity and includes a first diaphragm positioned at a top side of the pressure sensor chip laterally outwards from the second end of the channel.
Fluid circuit monitoring system for determining when to perform preventative maintenance
A fluid circuit monitoring system for monitoring a fluid circuit includes a pressure sensor for sensing a pressure of fluid flowing in the fluid circuit and an interface member fluidly communicating the fluid circuit to the pressure sensor. The fluid circuit monitoring system may be used to monitor a pressure or temperature differential between an inlet and outlet of the fluid circuit and determine a fluid flow rate of the fluid circuit. The pressure differential, temperature differential, or fluid flow rate can be logged and used to determine if preventative maintenance should be performed on the fluid circuit.
PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM AND HOUSING THEREFOR
The outer housing for a pressure monitoring system includes a sidewall shell comprising an annular inner sidewall projection extending from a top end thereof; a cap mounted to the sidewall shell, the cap defining an inner cap surface, an outer cap surface, a cap bottom end, and an annular cap recess extending into the cap bottom end between the outer cap surface and the inner cap surface, wherein the annular inner sidewall projection is configured to engage the annular cap recess; and an antenna assembly directly mounted to the inner cap surface, the antenna assembly comprising an antenna.
Method for producing a pressure transmitter system
The present disclosure relates to a method for producing a pressure transmitter system, comprising the steps: providing a protective hose, a capillary tube and a pressure transmitter, which consists of a membrane support body and a filling adapter body that has a filling closure; arranging the capillary tube and a capillary interface of the capillary adapter relative to one another; integrally welding the capillary tube to the capillary adapter; and placing the protective hose onto a protective hose mounting of said capillary adapter.
Pressure sensor including replaceable process seal for improved measurement accuracy
The present disclosure discloses process seals having a form retaining core and a coating of a thermoplastic sealing material for pressure sensors. The process seals can be replaced in simple manner, especially essentially without loss of measurement accuracy. The process seals are characterized by features including that they are pre-aged in a pre-aging method performable in a reproducible manner and insertable in the pressure sensor as replaceable components, wherein the process seals were clamped during the pre-aging method in a clamping apparatus exerting a clamping force thereon, wherein the clamping apparatus has a clamping geometry surrounding the process seal clamped therein, which is essentially identical to the clamping geometry surrounding the process seal in the pressure sensor.
Well Water System and Modular Adaptor
A well water system includes a two piece modular adaptor that allows the pressure controls to be readily detached from the plumbing of the well water system. The modular adaptor includes a hollow adaptor body and a detachable adaptor coupler, which connects the pressure control and a pressure gauge to the modular adaptor. The detachable coupler allows the pressure controller to be completely disconnected from the well water system without reworking the existing plumbing and reduces the potential of major water leaks.
Detachable pressure detection device
Provided is a pressure detection device comprising a pressure detection unit configured to detect pressure transmitted to a pressure detecting surface; a flow passage unit including a flow passage configured to allow fluid to flow along a flow direction from an inflow port to an outflow port, and a pressure transmitting surface configured to transmit pressure of fluid flowing through the flow passage to the pressure detecting surface; and a mounting mechanism by which the flow passage unit is removably mounted on the pressure detection unit. The pressure detecting surface includes a sliding layer having a sliding property for when the pressure detecting surface comes in contact with the pressure transmitting surface.
FLUID SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE SENSOR
A fluid system includes a one-way check valve including a check-valve inlet and a check-valve outlet; a Y-connector including a Y-connector inlet, a first Y-connector outlet, a second Y-connector outlet, and a pressure-sensor connector; an inlet hose fluidly connecting the check-valve outlet and the Y-connector inlet; and a pressure sensor fluidly connected to the Y-connector via the pressure-sensor connector. The Y-connector inlet, Y-connector outlets, and pressure-sensor connector are fluidly connected to each other inside the Y-connector.
Radial seal for disposable force sensor
A pressure reading assembly including a housing defining a conduit configured to transmit bodily fluid therethrough and a receiving tube having a first opening and an inner cylindrical surface. The pressure reading assembly further includes a sensing apparatus which includes a sensor disposed on a substrate and an engagement member including a generally columnar sealing member configured to engage an inner cylindrical surface of a receiving tube within the housing connected to the substrate about the sensor. The sealing member defines an axial bore extending from a proximal end to a distal end and includes an outer sealing surface defining one or more engaging elements configured to non-adhesively engage the inner cylindrical surface of the receiving tube to resist removal of the sensor assembly so that a pre-sterilized sensor assembly can be removed from a clean sealed packaging and joined directly with the housing.
PLUGGABLE SENSOR DEVICE FOR MEASURING PROPERTIES OF FLUID SUBSTANCE
A sensor device for measuring properties and/or conditions of one or more fluid substances contained, or streamed, inside a fluid vessel, is disclosed. The sensor device generally comprises a main body portion an attachment portion. The main body portion comprises a cavity and at least one sensing element operatively mounted inside the cavity for measuring the properties and/or conditions of the one or more fluid substances and generating data/signals indicative thereof. The attachment portion comprises at least one fluid passage and it is configured to establish fluid communication between a cavity or lumen of the fluid vessel and the cavity of the main body portion through the at least one fluid passage, to thereby enable the one or more fluid substances to interact with the at least one sensing element upon attachment of said sensor device to the fluid vessel.
