Clamping mechanism for a tyre testing device and method for clamping a tested tyre into the clamping mechanism
A tyre testing device and clamping system is capable of supporting inflation of tyres having narrower or collapsed sidewalls insofar that the tyre is sealed and inflated at a smaller rim width and subsequently it is open to a specific rim width. The present system is also capable of pressing the sidewalls having larger width to a specified rim width. The present teaching is particularly suitable for spindles of tyre testing device.
Vehicle wheel buffing stand
A vehicle wheel buffing stand has a first side support frame and a second side support frame spaced from the first side support frame. A first roller extends between the first side support frame and the second side support frame and the first roller is operably connected to the first side support frame and the second side support frame. A second roller extends between the first side support frame and the second side support frame, and the second roller is operably connected to the first side support frame and the second side support frame. The second roller is spaced from the first roller. The stand is configured to receive a vehicle wheel wherein the first roller and the second roller are configured to engage the vehicle wheel and rotatably support the vehicle wheel wherein an operator can rotate the vehicle wheel via rotation of the first roller and the second roller and to prepare surfaces of the vehicle wheel in preparation for mounting a tire on the vehicle wheel.
METHOD AND MACHINE FOR BALANCING OF DISC BLADES
A method for balancing disc blades comprising the steps of: determining the initial position of the center of mass of the disc blade to be balanced with respect to its main axis; calculating/determining the number, the position and/or the dimensions of one or more balancing holes eccentric with respect to said main axis and necessary for removing an amount of material sufficient to bring the center of mass of the disc blade at a distance from the main axis lower than a predetermined maximum limit value; and forming said balancing hole or holes on the central disc in an eccentric position with respect to said main axis.
Dynamic balancer with a frameless motor drive
A dynamic balancer includes an outer housing and a spindle assembly rotatably mounted to the outer housing. A frameless motor assembly is connected to selected components of the spindle assembly. A chucking assembly receives a locking member to capture a tire therebetween. The chucking assembly and the locking member are captured in the spindle assembly and rotated by the frameless motor assembly. A spring-biased return cylinder may be used with the dynamic balancer to assist in capturing and releasing the locking member with respect to the chucking assembly. An adjustable encoder assembly may be associated with the motor assembly to monitor a rotational position of the tire and/or spindle assembly.
First harmonic runout simulation hub
A first harmonic runout simulation hub includes a measuring disc and a clamping portion detachably fixed together, in which the clamping portion is fixed in the middle of the measuring disc; the clamping portion includes a first positioning hole for positioning and clamping, the first positioning hole is a cylindrical hole, and the cylindricity of the first positioning hole is smaller than a preset value; the outer circumference of the measuring disc includes a measuring cylindrical surface having a preset axial length and a bus parallel to an axis of the first positioning hole, the radial distance between the axis of the measuring cylindrical surface and the axis of the first positioning hole is greater than a preset value, and circular runout test values on the measuring cylindrical surface are preset first harmonic runout values.

Device for receiving a rotatable workpiece
The invention relates to a device for receiving a workpiece in a bearing device for rotatably mounting the workpiece about a bearing axis (L) associated with a workpiece bearing surface. The device comprises a bearing pedestal (14) including a bearing element (1) which has two concavely cylindrical bearing surfaces (5, 6) that lie next to one another in the same bearing plane and symmetrically to a plane of symmetry containing the bearing axis (L), the cylinder radii of the cylindrical bearing surfaces being greater than the radius of the workpiece bearing surface for which the bearing device is intended, wherein the cylinder axes of the two bearing surfaces (5, 6) are parallel to the bearing axis (L) and have a distance between each other.
