DEVICE FOR REMOVING VALVE HOLE SEALING SUBSTITUTE FROM HUB
A device for removing a valve hole sealing substitute from a hub includes an industrial camera, a removal manipulator, a rotary encoder, a rotary spindle, a processor, a frame and a console, wherein the console is installed on the frame, the console is connected to a production line by a roller bed, a color identification camera and the industrial camera are respectively installed on the frame and aligned with the console, the rotary spindle is installed below the console and configured to drive the hub above the console to rotate, and the removal manipulator is arranged above the console. The device and method solve the problem of relying on personnel to remove the valve hole sealing substitute, improve the labor productivity, and improve the automation of the hub production process.
DEVICE FOR DETECTING BALANCE OF HUB VALVE HOLE
A device for detecting the balance of a hub valve hole that includes a hub conveying roller bed configured to sequentially convey a hub from an upstream of a conveying belt to a hub identification device and a valve hole balance detection device until the hub leaves the valve hole balance detection device, wherein the hub identification device includes an electronic belt scale configured to obtain the weight of the hub and an industrial camera configured to take a photo of a wheel disc of the hub when the hub is conveyed to the hub identification device. The device can accurately identify the hub type and then automatically complete the valve hole compensation function of balance detection through the combination of the above components, program control and an algorithm, thereby improving the automation level and reducing the repeated operation of an operator.
Apparatus for hydrostatic testing
An apparatus for hydrostatic testing of openings in items surrounded by a flange, such as flanged pipe sections, flanged pipelines, flanged hose assemblies, as well as other flanged equipment requiring periodic pressure testing.

Pneumatic plug clean-out tees
A pneumatic test plug for clean-out tees and a method of testing a pipeline are disclosed. The pneumatic test plug includes a cap and a bladder. The cap has an inflation inlet and a testing fluid inlet. The testing fluid inlet provides a conduit for a testing fluid. The testing fluid may be a liquid or a gas. The bladder is in fluid connection with the inflation inlet. The bladder has an open end and a closed end. The open end receives air from the inflation inlet. The closed end is opposite the open end. The testing fluid inlet provides testing fluid through the cap and outside of the bladder. The inflation inlet provides a passageway to the bladder.
System and Method For Non-Destructive, In-Situ, Positive Material Identification Of A Pipe
A system and method for non-destructive, in situ, positive material identification of a pipe selects a plurality of test areas that are separated axially and circumferentially from one another and then polishes a portion of each test area. Within each polished area, a non-destructive test device is used to collect mechanical property data and another non-destructive test device is used to collect chemical property data. An overall mean for the mechanical property data, and for the chemical property data, is calculated using at least two data collection runs. The means are compared to a known material standard to determine, at a high level of confidence, ultimate yield strength and ultimate tensile strength within +/10%, a carbon percentage within +/25%, and a manganese percentage within +/20% of a known material standard.
Apparatus For Hydrostatic Testing
An apparatus for hydrostatic testing of openings in items surrounded by a flange, such as flanged pipe sections, flanged pipelines, flanged hose assemblies, as well as other flanged equipment requiring initial and/or periodic pressure testing.
Test tube with an inlet for filling with fluid and expelling air, and with enhanced resistance and sealing for the BOP testing step in drilling systems
Fluid tube for sealing test in a BOP chamber. The test tube used in the BOP chamber resistance test step has its hollow structure filled internally and totally through a fluid input. The tube obtains an effective sealing due to the filling fluid volume that exhausts the air within it, stopped internally with the couplings of screwed pin threads and a female thread of a plug or test plug, preventing the test fluid into the chamber to leak and enter the hollow structure of the chamber. The supplementary structure anti-distortion system including air absence inside the tube and test tube stoppage the system avoids false pressure into the chamber to the sensors distributed therein, not detecting false leakages, making the BOP resistance analysis against potential oil/gas leakages precise during the probing procedure.
