The air quality test unit contains at least two substrate panels arranged in a v-shape form wherein at least one panel includes a sticky surface or a collection container. The air quality test unit is attachable to the vent by one or more clips. The sticky surfaces or collection container of the substrate panels capture airborne substances and contaminants emanating from the air flow of the HVAC system vent. A culture growth medium may be disposed in the collection container or on the sticky surface. The air quality test unit kit provides a user with an air quality test unit and process for shipping the unit to the laboratory for analysis.

A modular system provides automated legacy drill cutting samples digitization. The system includes a central processing unit, at least one robotic arm, a conveyor, and a retractable stand. The robotic arm, which is controlled by the central processing unit, opens drill cutting samples already bagged and stored in a laboratory. The conveyor transports the drill cutting samples between a plurality of stations that include an extractor, a digitizer, and a packager. The present invention also concerns a method for collecting, transporting and processing a prosthesis and/or biological samples and the like to be analyzed.

Bodily fluid sample collection systems, devices, and method are provided. The sample is collected at a first location and subjected to a first sample processing step. The sample may be shipped to a second location and subjected to a second sample processing step that does not introduce contaminants into a plasma portion of the sample formed from the first processing step. The sample may also be mixed with other material(s) in the collection device.

A biopsy tracking kit includes a trocar, a stylet, a biopsy needle, a biopsy tracking cassette, and a fiducial marker. The trocar has a cannula with a blunt first end and a second end with a cup. The stylet has a conical tip at a first end and a cap on a second end that engages the cup of the trocar and prevents the stylet from falling through the trocar. The biopsy needle is used to obtain biopsy specimens when inserted through the trocar. The biopsy tracking cassette comprises an internal surface with a plurality of coded zones in a single column, and is used to differentiate the biopsy specimen into smaller regions.
