METHOD FOR ADJUSTING PARAMETERS OF A DEVICE HAVING A WEIGHING SENSOR
A method for adjusting parameters of a device with a weighing sensor collecting environmental parameter data of an environment where the device is currently located or environmental parameter data during execution of an application by the device. A zero compensation parameter is calculated and updated, based on the data collected. The method is applicable to a moisture analyzer and also to a vehicle scale. In the moisture analyzer, the method is triggered and executed in the analyzer, correcting the zero compensation data by using the environmental parameter data of an environment or environmental parameter data during execution of an application by the analyzer. Dynamic and real-time adjustment of a compensation parameter overcomes the problem that the scheme of pre-setting fixed parameters for zero compensation cannot deal with the complex zero drift encountered in actual environments.
LIQUID ORGANIC NUTRIENT FOR AGRICULTURAL USE AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
Liquid organic nutrient for agricultural use which comprises calcium carbonate, of which the particles have an average size of less than 1 micron, at least one humic substance to provide nutrients N-P-K (1-0-19), hydroxiphyllosilicate of aluminum and magnesium (HPAM) with a high gelling capacity, and water which is used as a diluent.
Method of producing the liquid organic nutrient for agricultural use, which comprises mixing at least one humic substance with water, adding calcium carbonate, grinding the mixture in a vertical pearl mill using a batch system for a sufficient time for the particles to have an average size of less than 1 micron, adjusting the percentage of solids to the initial value indicated in the nutrient formula, adding a quantity of hydroxiphyllosilicate of aluminum and magnesium, and recovering the particles of less than 1 micron from the product.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MEASURING THE TRANSPIRATION OF PLANTS
The present disclosure relates to an apparatus and a method for ascertaining a transpiration rate of an object, in particular of a plant leaf or a plant needle. The method comprises the steps of ascertaining a first temperature difference between the temperatures on the surface of the object and on the surface of a reference body as well as a second temperature difference between the temperatures on the surface of the object or on the surface of the reference body and a respective measurement point (M1, M2) spaced apart therefrom, so as to finally calculate therefrom the transpiration rate of the object.
MOISTURE AND VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUND CONTENT MEASURING
A thermo-gravimetric analysis system includes a chamber having an interior; and a sample crucible connected to and inside of the chamber, the sample crucible configured to hold a sample material. The system further includes a reference crucible connected to and inside of the chamber; and a metal organic framework (MOF) crucible connected to and inside of the chamber, separate from the sample crucible, the MOF crucible including an MOF material.
Polymer total dissolved solids vessel
A thin film vessel useable in gravimetric methods for measuring the total dissolved solids or total solids in a liquid sample, or the moisture content of a solid sample. The vessel includes a main body formed of a thin walled polymeric material having a melting temperature greater than 180 C. The main body comprises an open top edge and a sealed bottom edge which define an inner cavity configured to hold a volume of liquid, and indicia applied to a portion of the main body, wherein the indicia include a tare weight of the vessel.
Moisture and volatiles analyzer
A volatile content analysis instrument is disclosed that includes a cavity and a microwave source positioned to produce and direct microwaves into the cavity at frequencies other than infrared frequencies. A balance is included with at least the balance pan (or platform) in the cavity. An infrared source is positioned to produce and direct infrared radiation into the cavity at frequencies other than the microwave frequencies produced by the microwave source. A lens is positioned between the infrared source and the balance pan for more efficiently directing infrared radiation to a sample on the balance pan. The lens has dimensions that preclude microwaves of the frequencies produced by the source and directed into the cavity from leaving the cavity.
High precision weighing system and weighing method, thermogravimetric analyser and storage medium
A high precision weighing system and weighing method has a weighing plate and weighing unit separation mechanism and a weight loading mechanism. The weighing plate and weighing unit separation mechanism controls separation of a weighing plate and a weighing unit, so that the weighing plate or the weighing plate and its carried material do not apply force to the weighing unit. The weight loading mechanism loads a weight onto the weighing unit or removes a weight from the weighing unit; the weighing system records a weighing value of the weighing unit during the action of the weighing plate and weighing unit separation mechanism and a sensitivity value during the action of the weight loading mechanism. The weighing system modifies the weighing value at the time of the most recent combination of the weighing plate and the weighing unit based on the recorded weighing and sensitivity values, achieving a high precision.
TEST DEVICE AND TEST METHOD FOR ROTARY PRESSURIZED FILTER AND METHOD FOR DESIGNING FILTER
The present invention relates to a rotary pressure filter testing apparatus, a testing method and a design method thereof. The apparatus comprises a stabilizer tank; a buffer tank connected to the stabilizer tank; a filter frame disposed beneath the buffer tank, and connected to the buffer tank; a liquid receiving tank disposed beneath the filter frame; an electronic balance disposed at bottom of the liquid receiving tank; and a seconds counter. The testing method is to add a certain amount of calculated testing tank into the filter frame, then introduce a gas with a certain pressure into the stabilizer tank, fill the filter frame through the buffer tank, then open a valve at bottom of the filter frame, measure a mass of discharged mother liquid in the filter frame, measure time of the filtering process, and sample and analyze the filtered filter cake and the mother liquid according to actual needs; subsequently, perform cleaning and drying processes sequentially according to such method. The present invention largely reduces the testing costs, and meanwhile, actual working conditions can be simulated more accurately, thereby obtaining accurate and reliable design data.
