A sliding drawer or shelf (12) of a piece of furniture, comprising: a perimeter frame defined by the union of a front segment (14) and three C-connected segments (16, 18); a telescopic guide (20) for linearly moving the drawer or shelf with respect to the piece of furniture, the guide comprising a part (22) that can be fixed on the piece of furniture, and a part (24) longitudinally translatable with respect to the fixed part, the translatable part comprising an arm (26) which is adapted to support the drawer or shelf and on which there is mounted an adjustment element (80) for the inclination of the drawer or shelf with respect to the fixed part, wherein the front segment comprises a stop element (50) by which a free end of the arm can be engaged, so that the free end of the arm opposes to a lifting of the drawer or shelf by abutting against a part of the stop element.

A sliding drawer or shelf (12) of a piece of furniture, comprising: a perimeter frame defined by the union of a front segment (14) and three C-connected segments (16, 18); a telescopic guide (20) for linearly moving the drawer or shelf with respect to the piece of furniture, the guide comprising a part (22) that can be fixed on the piece of furniture, and a part (24) longitudinally translatable with respect to the fixed part, the translatable part comprising an arm (26) which is adapted to support the drawer or shelf and on which there is mounted an adjustment element (80) for the inclination of the drawer or shelf with respect to the fixed part, wherein the front segment comprises a stop element (50) by which a free end of the arm can be engaged, so that the free end of the arm opposes to a lifting of the drawer or shelf by abutting against a part of the stop element.

The cover may slide from front to back to expose the access opening; the pair of guide rail assemblies respectively include a first rail and a second rail, where the second rail is adapted to slide relative to the first rail; and the guide rail assembly includes a locking mechanism. When the container is pulled out and reaches a predetermined position, the locking mechanism locks the first rail and the second rail to prevent the container from moving backward driven by the cover pushed backward.
