PULL-OUT GUIDE
20230380592 · 2023-11-30 ·

The invention relates to a pull-out guide for pulling out an extractable furniture part (5) from a furniture carcass (4), the pull-out guide comprising a first rail (1) and a second rail (2), wherein the pulling of the first rail (1) out of the second rail (2) is limited by a stop element (13) of the first tail (1) striking a pull-out stop (12) of the second rail (2). A securing part (14) is mounted on the second rail (2) so as to be rotatable about an axis of rotation (15), which securing part can be rotated, counter to the force of a spring element (16), from a blocked position, in which lifting of the front end of the first rail (1) is blocked, in a rotational opening direction into a release position, in which the front end of the first rail (1) can be lifted and the stop element (13) of the first rail (1) can be moved over the pull-out stop (12) of the second rail (2). A holding device is provided which, in a holding state, holds the securing part (14), totaled into the release position, in the release position.

Slide rail assembly

A slide rail assembly includes a first rail including a blocking member and a positioning member, a second rail including a predetermined feature, a working member and an operation member. When the second rail is at a first extending position, the blocking member is in a blocking state capable of blocking the working member so as to prevent the second rail from displacing along a retracting direction. The operation member is capable of being operated to drive the blocking member to leave the blocking state so as to allow the second rail to displace along the retracting direction. When the second rail is displaced from the first extending position to a second extending position along the retracting direction, the second rail is engaged with the positioning member through the predetermined feature so as to prevent the second rail from leaving the second extending position.

Drawer pull-out guide

A drawer pull-out guide includes at least two guide rails displaceably supported relative to one another, and at least one running carriage having load-transmitting rolling bodies. The running carriage is displaceably supported between the at least two guide rails, and the guide rails, upon a movement of the at least one running carriage, adopt a predefined relative position to one another, provided that no malposition of the guide rails to one another is present. A compensation device compensates for a malposition of the guide rails. The compensation device includes an actuating device to be actuated by one of the guide rails, and the actuating device compensates for the malposition upon an actuation. A switching device is provided for switching the actuating device of the compensation device out of engagement with the guide rail if the predefined relative position of the guide rails to another is present.

The present invention relates to a slide device in which retainers provided between an outer rail, an intermediate rail, and an inner rail are guided to be placed at right positions when a drawer is opened or closed, thereby inducing a smooth movements of the rails. According to the slide device of the present invention, openings (312a and 130a) are formed at least in a second retainer locking step (312) and a second retainer deviation prevention step (130), respectively.

Drawer glide mechanism

A drawer glide mechanism can include a first elongate guide member, a second elongate guide member, a ball bearing component, a v-notch socket, a release mechanism, and/or a roller support. The first elongate guide member can include a distal end that is configured to fit within an opening in the v-notch socket. The drawer glide mechanism can further include one or more floating members and fixed members. In some cases, the drawer glide mechanism includes a release member configured to facilitate separation of the first and second elongate guide members when actuated and to inhibit or prevent accidental separation of the first and second elongate guide members.

The invention relates to a drawer extraction guide with a corpus rail, a drawer rail, and a center rail and carriages arranged between them. It is provided that a synchronization device comprises at least a first and a second gear set with one or more synchronization wheels that are coupled with each other; that rolls a first synchronization wheel of the first gear set on one of the rails, on a component attached to the rail, on one of the carriages, or on an element attached to the carriage; that rolls a synchronization wheel of the second gear set on a further rail, on an element attached to a further rail, on a further carriage, or on an element attached to a further carriage; the synchronization device comprising a transfer member that is linearly and freely adjustable relative to the corpus rail, the center rail, the drawer rail, and the gear sets; and that one synchronization wheel of the first and the second gear set each roll on the transfer member. The invention allows for a compact configuration of a drawer extraction guide that is synchronized in its movement.
