Slurry material uniformity detection device and detection method
The present invention belongs to the technical field of new energy detection, in particular to a material uniformity detection device and method. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a material uniformity detection device which can meet the requirement of detection of diversified materials such as biomass slurry aiming at the problem of difficulty in quantifying uniformity state of the biomass slurry. The sample pool is driven by the rotating lifting device for lifting and spiral motion, data collection is performed on the sample pool in the form of a certain path, and an image is established for the relationship between a large number of light intensity values of transmission light and heights measured for multiple times to respectively display the uniformity of horizontal layering and uniformity in the vertical direction, to judge the overall uniformity of the material samples.
AIR BUBBLE SENSING SYSTEMS AND RELATED SIGNAL PROCESSING
Embodiments herein relate to systems for detecting air bubbles in fluids. In an embodiment, a fluid system aeration detector is included having an optical air bubble sensor. The optical air bubble sensor can include a light source, a light detector, and a sensor controller. The sensor controller can be in signal communication with the light detector and can be configured to detect air bubbles based on the signals received from the light detector. The sensor controller can further be configured to estimate an amount of aeration of a fluid based on the detected air bubbles. Other embodiments are also included herein.

A method and an apparatus determine a content of a foreign gas in a process liquid in which a measurement gas, especially CO.sub.2, has been dissolved. A concentration of the measurement gas is ascertained and a concentration of the gas mixture formed by the measurement gas and the foreign gas is ascertained, especially via a manometric measurement method. The measurement values are supplied to an evaluation unit. A concentration of the foreign gas is determined on the basis of the ascertained concentration of the measurement gas and the ascertained concentration of the gas mixture.
FLUID DETECTION SENSOR AND FLUID DETECTION DEVICE
A fluid detection sensor includes: an optical sensor including a light emitting element array and a light receiving element array which are arranged on a substrate along a longitudinal direction thereof; a flow path member which includes a tubular body which is transparent and is arranged along the longitudinal direction facing the optical sensor, an inside of the tubular body constituting a flow path through which a plurality of substantially immiscible fluids flow as a slug flow; and a reflecting member placed on a side opposite to the optical sensor with respect to the flow path. The fluid detection sensor detects changes in light which occur in accordance with a movement of the plurality of fluids by the light receiving element array receiving light which is emitted by the light emitting element array toward the slug flow in the flow path and is reflected by the reflecting member.
